- The hotel is located next to Terminal 3. From Terminal 3 Basement Driveway, head north towards Terminal 3 Arrival Driveway and turn left towards Airport Hotel lobby. Terminal 3 is connected to Terminal 1 via Skytrain in the Public Area. Exit to public area and take the Skytrain. Alight at Terminal 3 Departure, walk straight and turn left. The hotel is next to the Skytrain waiting area.


Changi Airport Station

- The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station nearest to the hotel is the Changi Airport station. It is a five minute walk from Terminal 3. From the station, follow the signs towards Changi Airport Terminal 3. Take an escalator up to the terminal and take the elevator to Level 1. Upon exiting the elevator turn left and walk straight to the hotel entrance and reception.

Great location, good room

I had an early flight out of Changi Airport and Crowne Plaza allowed me to catch my flight without the stress of catching a taxi at 4 AM. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the room.

The only place to stay at Changi airport

We transited Singapore at both ends of a three-week trip. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza one night outbound and two nights returning. When time is limited, when one's flight arrives late at night, or when one's flight departs early in the morning, the convenience of this hotel is priceless.
It is also a very pleasant place, and the prices are reasonable.
The only criticism I can offer-- The night tables on both sides of the beds should have charger outlets. Otherwise, just about perfect.

I will not be back! This lousy hotel is a huge disappointment!

I stayed in this hotel from May 3 to May 4 before I left Singapore. This hotel, so far, is the most disappointing one I have ever met.

I arrived with four luggages. But no staffs offered to help. In fact, I had to go to the front desk to ask for assistance.
The check in process was incredibly long and troublesome. (So what!

I never have my Gold membership card with me. What are you going to do about it!) The very "helpful" young lade asked for my membership card again and again. So, I showed her my electronic membership card via IHG app and it took her i dunno how long to confirm my membership via the electronic card. The whole membership confirmation process was very long.

The most interesting part was that this "helpful" and "polite" young lady told me "NO UPGRADE FOR GOLD MEMBER BECAUSE WE DO NOT OFFER UPGRADE!"

The room was okay but the service ruined everything.

However, this was just the start of the nightmare. I even got charged by this hotel for staying with them at a time during which I was even in Singapore.

Anyway, think twice before you book this one.
