It is okay, but...

I read a lot of bad reviews before I booked this hotel. For my experience, the staff is not that bad, but you need to ask them the drink coupons and breakfast tickets. However, you need to negotiate with them for extra coupons, no matter how many people you select when you booked the hotel. (Suggest the blueberry cupcake~)
The room is large, but a little bit cold, as the air condition is central controlled.
The bad thing that I met in the hotel is I talked with three doormen and try to book an early taxi, and the third one even let me to talk with the fount desk. Finally, the staff told me that the taxi would line up starting from 3am...
All in all, it's a valued place for Cardinals and the Arch, but do not expect that much more than its value.

Great location!

Attended Cardinals/DBACKS game on Memorial Day. Hotel within walking distance and many good places to eat in the vicinity. Concerned about the water leakage problem in the underground parking location. Drops left residue on new car that was hard to eliminate.

we loved our stay at st louis downtown hotel. my five year old raved about this hotel every night for the rest of our vacation. we loved the view and the service. the internet was fast and we were able to connect all of our devices and stay connected. we ate in the restaurant the first night, the waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. he was the only one on the floor so service was a little slow but his attitude more than made up for it. we ordered room service the second night and the same waiter from the restaurant delivered our food. we loved our stay and will plan on visiting this hotel if we visit st louis again in the future.

Short Tub and Falling debris

This Hotel is an excellent location in St. Louis, virtually near everything. Our room size was very generous, however, I have never ever seen one-half a tub in a hotel room before? They could have shorten the room size a bit and had a full size tub. Be sure to ask for a room with a full-size tub. Also, parking in the garage was a challenge. Many spaces were occupied by scaffolds because of falling concrete. The garage is in dire need of repair. Other than that - the room service food was very good and we enjoyed our stay.
