Beautiful View, Comfortable Rooms

Worth the extra money for the river view! Rooms are updated. The staff is professional yet extend a personal touch. Nice having the park ramp attach to the hotel. However, only cars, not pickup trucks, could use the ramp because of the low overhead clearance.

E-mail Contact re Parking Ticket

My parking had been included on my statement. When leaving the parking ramp, I inadvertently pulled the wrong ticket from my wallet and had to insert a Credit Card in order to leave. I sent the hotel contact the information via e-mail and never received a reply from them. After calling the hotel a week later the item was resolved.

Poor Customer Service not to reply to the e-mail.

Our pay stay does have a help button that connects the front desk; they can reset the transaction onsite so that the correct card can be used in cases such as this. In town on business and stayed a week. Hotel under renovations yet public areas very clean. Staff we exceptionally friendly, attended to details and had a minor problem with clock in room and promptly addressed.
