Great St. Paul location!

The hotel was an excellence choice and value for our needs. Located across the street from the river and close to a variety of venues. Although renovations were being done during our visit, they did not impend on our stay. The staff was very polite, professional and accommondating! I'd stay there again in a heart beat!

A very comfortable room and excellent serive.

The hotel itself was in the midst of renovation. Despite the construction, the hotel was clean and there was little inconvenience. The hotel bar served as their dining room. The dining service was outstanding with friendly and capable waiters who had to carry the food from another kitchen area. We had only our breakfasts at the hotel and they were excellent. The friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to please characterized the hotel. The room itself was pleasant, comfortable and provided all of our anticipated needs. Our only inconvenience was the hotel garage where the parking ticket to enter and leave would not work and required the help of the desk. We have recommended the Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Paul Riverfront to others and we will stay there on our next visit to St Paul.

Room OK but no maid service

We stayed in a very nice room for the Memorial Day weekend. We were in out of the room all day Sunday but never got maid service so we had no clean towels, our bed made or coffee restocked for the morning. We could have called the front desk when we got back in the evening, but by then we were soaked from sitting at the baseball game in the rain. I have stayed at this property many times and this is the only time i have had a problem.
