Hotel was experiencing some troubles they associated with the remodel including door keycard issues, discombobulated staff / poor service, and limited amenities (pool and executive floor lounge among others). Clean facilities make this fine for business travel, but not a great option for a family visit to the city.

Beautiful Hotel!

This hotel is currently under renovation. We stayed in a newly renovated room with a view of the river. We had a King suite and it was luxurious. I loved the decor, the comfort of the bed and pillows, and it was very roomy.

My mother and I enjoyed our visit very much, I am planning on going to the Billly Joel concert in Minneapolis on May 16 and plan to stay at your hotel then.

It would be nice to be able to stay here without having to use your points every time. But without the points you can't afford to stay here. I have stayed at this hotel for 15 years and the past 2 years the price has doubled. I know the renovations are expensive, but really. The staff was awesome, but no pool and that would have been nice to know before hand.

With this said, I would like to say thank you for writing us a review as well as for your time. Our renovations are all apart of us becoming an InterContinental Hotel this Spring. As a part of this IHG brand change we will be making a lot of changes to some of the areas within the hotel. One of them being the pool area. This area will become an all new, and much larger, fitness-center.
