Room Quality

The room was nice, however...

I wanted to get a Suite to have a special night with my wife and this is how the night starts. First we can not turn on any of the lights. We flip switched and everyone we turn on the lights will not go on. We feel around on the floor and find all the lights have a special little switch box on the cord on the ground to turn the light on. Second, my wife goes into the bathroom and there on the ground is the largest cock-roach still alive that we have ever seen. I called down and had the guy at the front desk come and look at it and he had me flush it down the toilet and didn't even want to touch it. Then, in the sink next to the shower the water made a terrible rattling noise when the water was turned on. The pipes shook and made a very loud noise. The construction going on below us was so loud we could not relax, this went on until after 6:30 at night. Very bad experience.

Nice Renovated Rooms

We had a renovated room and it was very nice. The pillows were awesome. We at lunch at the lobby bar - the food was good and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Never again

Room horribly small/cramped, lighting terrible/dark, was to receive a voucher for breakfast with cost of room, did not get, staff gave money off on stay, outrageously expensive for the type of room, parking is scary as the ceiling of the parking deck is so low, got a paper in the morning which was nice. Restaurant is mediocre at best, requested a gin and tonic, it was mostly booze. I will not be back.
