It would be nice to be able to stay here without having to use your points every time. But without the points you can't afford to stay here. I have stayed at this hotel for 15 years and the past 2 years the price has doubled. I know the renovations are expensive, but really. The staff was awesome, but no pool and that would have been nice to know before hand.

I called the day before my arrival to ask about parking and to request a room near another guest at the hotel. Maggie did a wonderful job of listening to my request and noting the request in my file. She made no promises, but I felt like she understood my concern and would do her best to help.
When I arrived at the hotel, it was Maggie that checked me in. She had a few roadblocks in locating a room near my friend, but she worked really hard in finding a suitable alternative to the preferred adjoining room. She also adjusted the rate and offered a free beverage coupon I really liked Maggie and thought she provided wonderful Customer Service.
Also, the hotel was extremely quiet for a tournament weekend. I was surprised at the scope of the construciton project as it didn't impact the quality of our stay one bit. We really had a nice time...hope to stay next year, hopefully for 3 nights!

My stay here wasn't what I expected, I paid too much for such an awful stay, I couldn't believe the rooms were so small and in closed, no pool or sauna.
staff weren't all rude, some where when asked questions regarding bill.
I will not reccommend any of our staff to stay here.
I was checking out the next day but my meeting started too early to haul my things back out, so I ended staying the 3 days
