Excellent Customer Service

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in St. Paul on Valentine's Day of 2015. We were very impressed with the front desk staff. We have stayed here the past 3 years overnight while attending a Valentine's Day Ball held here. They have always been accommodating but this year were even more so. We had made some room requests when we booked 2 months before our stay. When we arrived they had us in a room in a completely different area then we had requested. We let them know what our request had been and why it was important for us to have a room close to the ball (we were helping to keep things in our room that others needed during the ball and wanted a room close to the ballroom). They immediately worked on getting a room ready and ensured they met our requests. I was so impressed with the willingness and speed to meet our requests. Thank you!!

Stay was on Feb 22, 2015. Property is in process of being remodeled, we had a newly renovated room. Very nice, but way too small for four people. Front desk stated that new bigger beds have been placed in rooms. Nice beds but not enough room to move around in room with four people.

Avoid this hotel until they finish remodeling. And even then, it may be that the remodeled rooms are improperly insulated so that you can hear every movement your neighbor makes.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff at check in where very nice.

We had a 2pm check out time. My wife and I were sleeping and got a phone call from house keeping at 1pm asking us when we are going to check out. This made me very upset.
