Room horribly small/cramped, lighting terrible/dark, was to receive a voucher for breakfast with cost of room, did not get, staff gave money off on stay, outrageously expensive for the type of room, parking is scary as the ceiling of the parking deck is so low, got a paper in the morning which was nice. Restaurant is mediocre at best, requested a gin and tonic, it was mostly booze. I will not be back.

Great Stay and Awesome Customer Service

My wife and I have stayed at this property a couple times this year and each time it gets to be a better experience.
The remodel is ongoing and we know that while staying but the property and the employees make it the best possible.
We dealt with Jeff at the time of check-in and once during the evening, he is a great people person and has a awesome can do attitude !
Every employee we met or crossed paths with was great, always greeting with 'Hi" or wondering if they could help with anything.
There is a lot of positives to staying at this property, that's why my wife and are are going back in two weeks and again in January and February.
I can only hope they are ready to continue with the great experiences because they continue to raise the bar !

I stayed for a conference and was given a corner room on a high floor with a whirlpool and separate living room and bathroom with shower and tub as well. Great room with tremendous views of the Mississippi river. I really enjoyed the stay and would love to go back with my wife to the same room in the future.

Lack of professionalism

The two staff members at the reception desk were not helpufl and friendly at all. Very short in answers, not willing to go beyond any basic response.
The check-in, check-out time are not really convenient. Waiting lines to check in. It they know that check-in time is a 3pm.. they should have more staff members ready for that particular "pick" time.
It was not bad,, but not the best hotel.. it was also cold in the room regardless of the heat...
