This hotel is located opposite the Galleria shopping centre, near Moscow railway station. The rooms are well appointed, the Lobby staff all speak excellent English & the service was great, with one exception, the male breakfast chef. This fellow was surely & unpleasant. He needs retraining !

The reception personell is very professionali and kind to help the client, also the personell of the front desk, is will prepared to suggest to the client location to visit etc. Very good the breakfast ( even if a little bit expansive ) . Hotel to be' sugested.

You might not get the best service in St. Petersburg in general but it was always so nice to go inside the hotel. The staff was so professional and polite.

We wish to commend Kirill of Reception and Ekantarina of the Concierge desk. They are geniunely helpful, cheerful and glad to assist. If hotel staffs were like them, I'm sure people would be booking the hotel again on their next visit.
We just wish that the breakfast area provided more variety, as we stayed 6 nights and its basically the same food everyday. Also the baked goods are not freshly made everyday. We noticed a couple of pastries being re-served the next day as the change in quality is noticeable.
Room was decent and comfortable. Toiletries provided were adequate. But the carpet is not so clean. It should be cleaned and vaccumed everyday!
Galleria Mall in front of the hotel is a big plus!

I have now stayed in the Crowne Plaza 3 times in the past month and i have to say that this Hotel is fantastic. The Decor of the Hotel is finished of a high level and the rooms are comfortable.
But the most important is the service within the Hotel, this has to be the BEST HOTEL STAFF i have had the pleasure of dealing with in all the countries / cities i have been too. Everyone is so friendly and always smiling, no task is to big or small for them and they really make their customers feel like they are important. I don't know who the Hotel Manager is, but i can say whatever they are doing they are doing it right!
Well done Crowne Plaza for making my stays so pleasant.
