the beds and pillows were comfortable the prices were not bad.. however I can't get over how I reserve a king room and end up with a double queen I don't understand how either room I stayed in struggled to get to a comfortable temperature.

The Hotel is very comfortable. The Staff was exceptional and very professional. I Had my wedding reception there in June 2014. Great time had by all.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves, however we made two attempts to eat at the restaurant and was seated but never waiting on. Both times we waited patiently and no one to be found, not even for drink order, so we left and went to local restaurant .

Lumpy bed, breakfast line too long. There were tables that cold have been used . 100 percent hotel occupancy should have meant more staff should have been on duty to ensure better service. I was in the hotel and restaurant business at one time. I took care of any problems at once and made things right with guests. A free stay and breakfast was provided. Table two had great servers at the dinner dance Hors doves could have been better and pass around more fairly to all.
