I could only seem to maintain a connection outside of my room, even after trying 2 devices. As a business traveler having reliable internet is critical. January 28, 2013

Parking up to 3 wks for no additional charge. Tim Hortons was just down the street a few blocks. Easy access on / off I-81. Would definitely stay here again - very friendly staff also. The staff at the desk is very co-operative and helpful.One must not forget the driver of the Shuttle. He lifts the heavy luggage with a smile and never seems to complains no matter the hour, a real asset to your staff. We will be back. E&C Picton January 10, 2013

But I have stayed there twice for several days at a time and both times we had to move if you wanted to use the Internet. This time I had to sit in the hallway to get a working signal most of the time, so I won't recommend this place to stay if you need the Internet. December 18, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Misleading Happy to use the Park n' Fly package.....but when the front desk clerk called up to the room to advise the shuttle had arrived, he said to hurry as there were other people waiting. We rushed down to find that there were no other people and never was. The driver said we were the only ones traveling at that time.......I found that to be pretty sneaky of the front desk clerk....especially at 5am! November 12, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Still Room for Improvement I stay in many Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express hotels, and have certain expectations with the hotel brand. While most expectations were met, the dining room food and service quality was sub-par. Even after I sent my order back to have my mashed potatoes reheated, they were not returned as hot. And my steak just became colder. The waiter seemed to be unattentive, slow, and never around when needed. This was all during a very slow time of operation, way past the dinner rush. It turned from tolerable to a large dissatisfaction, as the low quality service was sustained during the entire meal. Even getting the check was a slow process, as Mr. Not-to-be-Found was inaccessible. Regarding the room, the bathroom was way too small. The toilet was crammed in at a 45 degree angle, just missing the door as it opens. Virtually no counter space for toiletries, etc. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining room experience was so bad that I will not stay here again. November 8, 2012

Conveniently located to Clay and the downtown area. I'd stay there again when visiting Syracuse. Didn't eat in the restaurant. October 26, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed terrible water Water was BLACK!!!! After letting it run for 15 minutes it was no longer black but a light brown. Never did get clear enough to dare to shower! Also room was shabby. Was very, very disappointed. Stayed last year and had a great room and no problems. Will probably stay somewhere else next time. October 25, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Location for Conference There are just a few concerns I have with this hotel. The food that was served for lunches and dinners were good and I would eat them again. The breakfast food that was served really needed more of a variety. The SAME food all 3 days at breakfast, help the conference planners out by offering some other low cost alternatives. I was disappointed that there was bread but couldn't toast it. No fresh fruit accept what was cut. Although the bottled soda was nice, I would have liked to see more bottled water. We're not teenagers attending these conferences, provide us adult with some real options. After all the fund the hotel put into renovating the rooms the hotel could have at least made the bathrooms bigger. No one I know wants the sink in their lap while sitting on the toilet. Make some business propositions to some restaurants to build closer to you, having a taco bell/KFC across the street is not a very good option especially if you're vegetarian/vegan/kosker/gluten free.
