This hotel has a wonderful florida-like ambiance that puts anyone ate ease and makes you feel relaxed! Staff were extremely helpful, especially george the transportation driver. He couldn't have made us fell more welcome, nor could the front desk staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends!

The efficientcy of all staff I dealt with was outstanding.
The accommodations top grade
The food excellent with in particular the large selection of breakfast
Choices.
The welcome staff (Eric) when checking in and out.
Forgot my phone charger in the room. It was replaced when I returned the next day, cost free, by Andrea.
I will change hotel when traveling whenever Crowne Plaza is available, please build one in Savannah area where I make four trips a year to the mightbEight museum for board meetings

This is our favorite hotel! From the comfortable rooms to the friendly, helpful staff-- this hotel has it all--great breakfast buffet, outdoor pool, fitness ctr., business ctr. with free interenet, airport shuttle, Mojito restaurant with great food, very ample and convenient parking. Plus it is near the airport, Westshore and International Malls and lots of restaurants nearby. Every request to the hotel staff: from the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance via the front desk, has been handled efficiently and promptly on every stay we have spent at this hotel. And we have had many stays at this hotel in the last 3 years!

Best experience is in the Cabanna rooms. Front desk employees are very attentive and always eager to solve your problems or fulfill your needs. Mojito restaurant/bar is a little over priced but you won't be disappointed. I will always stay here when I visit Tampa.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic shower - plenty of hot water. Courteous staff at front desk and housekeeping. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Will return if we are ever in Tampa.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. There was a computer mix up but Jeffrey fixed the problem on the spot! Thank you Jeffrey! Rooms were nice and really clean and the pool was great! Will be staying at this hotel again when in the area. The manager left a Welcome note. It was a great touch!

A good facility in a convenient location to Tampa airport, malls, and major connection routes. The morning breakfast buffet has a wide variety of tasty food. What set this hotel apart is the exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. Whoever we encountered during our stay - front desk, housekeeping, shuttle drivers, and food service - everyone was friendly and there to help the guests.
