Great place for a conference

We had a week-long conference at the Tampa-Westshore location and were treated with unbelievable respect. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the Mojito lounge did not disappoint after long training days.

Tampa visit

This is not my first visit to the facility. This happened to be the first time that I was disappointed with the cleanliness and preparation of the room. I will be staying there in the future.

Not going back

Dirty dishes outside our room when we checked in, maid asking when we are leaving and we were still over an hour out from check-out time and front desk didn't even try to offer a discount when the problem was brought to their attention.
