Great comfortable atmosphere and the staff is very inviting.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff was very polite and patient with me upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay somewhere mixed with a little night life enjoyment.

Average Hotel

The Crowne Plaza Westshore is an average Hotel and on the low end of what you would expect from this brand. The staff is very good service is high quality and what one would expect. I have stayed here multiple times over the past several years and the hotel feels more and more dated. The rooms show a significant amount of wear and tear and have not been updated. The food is good but the breakfast is the same every day and the dinner menu is relatively limited. There are a large number of restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel could use some updating and refresh on their rooms.

We are very happy that you experienced high quality service from our staff throughout the several times you have stayed with us. However we are very disappointed to hear that you feel our hotel is out dated. We are about five years old since we renovated into a Crowne Plaza. This past year alone, we have made several updates to maintain the high expectations that one has about a Crowne Plaza. We have completely renovated our pool with fresh paint and updated the furniture including beautiful covered day beds. We also replaced all of our mattresses in each guest room with high quality Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses. Each guest room features a Keurig Coffee Maker and we have expanded the channels to include NFL Packages and more so that guests can have an enhanced in room experience. We have also recently rolled out an NFL menu in Mojito Restaurant & Lounge that offers unique choices available on Sundays that our guests can enjoy while watching football. We are very adamant about making sure that our customer experience high quality product to match the high quality service that we provide. We will continue to retain customer feedback and do everything in our power to keep our guest more than satisfied. We are very appreciative of your comments and will discuss further with Management. Clean and Comfortable

The room was immaculate - very clean and comfortable after a long day at Busch Gardens. Room service was prompt and yummy. I have no complaints about the hotel and amenities. The front desk staff was kind of rude but I didn't have to interact with them much so it hasn't brought down my rating.

The bed was not comfortable nor were the pillows. We did not get the sleep aromatherapy kit in our room the entire weekend. The breakfast buffet was nice, but overpriced.

We have been enhancing some of our options to maintain fresh and savory selections for our guests! I am so very sorry to hear that you did not have a comfortable nights' rest and did not receive the sleep aromatherapy kit during your stay. We understand that a guests' top priority in selecting a hotel is comfort and sleep. We did however just replace all of our mattresses with high quality Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses in order to increase the quality of our guests' sleep at night.
