Great stay at Tampa (Bay)

Another enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. Since we arrived earlier than the last time, we actually had a chance to enjoy the pool. Nice - really nice to just sit and relax. Big room, nice amenities, lots of TV channels and a comfy bed. The staff was professional and friendly. Mike the shuttle driver was very pleasant. Marc and Dani at the front desk answered all our questions and got us set up with a shuttle to the cruise pier for the following day.
And a BIG shout-out to Tiffany who helped us redeem our promo certificate.
I recommend the hotel - definitely!

A couple roses and a thorn.

5 star service makes a big difference. I recommend changing the mattresses in the hotel. We did not sleep well because the mattress was hard and the sheets were terribly stiff. Big thanks and shout outs for Jennifer and Marco at the front desk. They rock.
