Excellent location - right by the Azrieli Mall. Beautifully designed hotel, very cozy yet upbeat atmosphere. My room was spacious with the beautiful view on the towers. Everything is very well-thought. Very comfortable bed, great amount of TV channels. Great breakfast buffet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely highly recommend this property especially if you are travelling to Tel Aviv on business.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Danieltravels Modern well equipped and good for business or pleasure
I had 2 stays there in the last week. One was a nice quiet weekend with my wife, the other during the week for business.
The hotel is very well located whether arriving by public transport or by car. For both occasions check in was swift and efficient, checkout was the same. Well informed, polite and helpful front desk staff that speak multiple languages. The rooms are very nice, clean, ultra modern and very comfortable. On the weekend we had dinner on the 11th floor restaurant. The food was excellent with a very wide choice of starters, meat and fish, side dishes and deserts. It was quiet and very relaxed and we enjoyed a very good meal. Breakfast is the amazingly bountiful Israeli breakfast with something for everyone. They have a really cool machine for squeezing fresh orange juice ! This is a very nice touch.
From a business perspective, the WiFi is very fast, they have a very convenient desk setup and I Managed to get a lot of work done at night. My partners and I managed to get a lot of work done over breakfast too as it was quiet and the coffee was constantly being served. The location made for quick access to the main highway so we had plenty of time to enjoy the breakfast and still get to the office. Very Convenient. All in all this is a very good choice for both business and pleasure.

It seems that every property decides for itself which corporate policies to accept and which not. As a Platinum member shouldn't we expect to get same services and benefits at every property. Why is the rooms are not reserved on the executive floors automatically when rooms are available and why the use of the executive club/lounge is required a separate payment of $27? As long as I remember, as Platinum members, I always had an access to the lounge free of charge at any other property in the world. If you don't receive any of these "small" perks, what is the point of loyalty program.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Whare A very disappointing frequent stayer
Upon checking into my hotel room, I am disappointed to have discovered blood stain on my pillow. Further inspecting the pillow, I also found, there was some light stains on the other side of the pillow. This is not the first time I have checked into this hotel. Each time I enter the room, the pillows looked fresh, unfortunately, this time around, it was full of crest and it looks like someone had just slept on it overnight. Due to this, it has made it really uncomfortable this time around.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jl22675 Even good for relaxation weekend.
I came to Israel for an half-year for work and I decided to give a try to this hotel just for my relaxation during shabbat weekend which still feels uncomfortable to me. As my relaxation at this hotel was very satisfying, I'd like to come back for another relaxation weekend soon. My platinum status was appreciated, so I got a room upgrade and late check-out as I requested. As I enjoy a long & hot bath, especially spacious bathroom (with shower space & bath tub separated) with big windows was particularly appealing. I enjoyed very much my bath ritual during my stay in my room. Room & bathroom was spacious, meticulously clean, heating worked reasonably well, extra towels were given by a very courteous room maid. A free access to private, well-euqipped gym was great so I did my work-out, swimming etc. Food quality at dinner & breakfast was very satisfying too with a Mediterranean touch. I went to another Cronwe Plaza Beach hotel by a free hotel shuttle to enjoy the sea, but was reassured this City Center Crowne plaza is def. better for relaxation in every perspective, at least to me - much quieter & modern & professional atmosphere, great gym facilities and again quite spacious bathroom. My only complaint or dissatisfaction is that at the time of check-in, I was not informed that only "buffet" dinner is available on Shabbat Friday in their own restaurant. Personally I don't like mix several different kinds of dishes, so it would have been more helpful if I knew it beforehand. The last thing (only for sensitive females like me): I usually carry my own French products toiletries (bath gel, shampoo etc) as I often find that the quality of free hotel toiletries products is not very high, and it was not an exception here too.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2013Dec 8 night stay
We had an 8-night stay at the hotel. We arrived in time for the biggest storm in recent history so we cancelled out trip to Eilat and Petra and extended our stay in TA by 2 more days. The hotel is in a very central location located by the Azrieli shopping center and railway station. The staff are attentive, but we had an incident when due to jet lag we did not leave the room except for breakfast or request our room to be cleaned for 24 hours. At some point we heard loud knocks from security wanting to know if we were alright. At first we were upset by this disturbance but upon thinking of this some more we realized that they were concerned about us and I appreciated the fact that they were on top of their game with respect to their guests. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heart beat.
