My wife and I visited this hotel during the Passover holidays. We were really surprised with the high quality of attention we received from every member in the staff.
We specially want to mention Mr. Mauricio, for his kindness and the way he receives guests at the front desk.
The hotel is located at an excellent location, even the entrance was hard to find the first day we arrived. Rooms are comfortable and the view from the room is amazing.
Even with the Passover requirements we had very good breakfasts at the buffet and also dinner at the restaurant.
We will surely come back...

Stayed two nights at the Crown Plaza Azrieli Center.
Front desk was wonderful but understaffed.
Concierge was helpful but often not at his post because he had other duties. The rooms, the bathroom and the view was outstanding. Train station and multiple bus lines are feet from the entrance to the hotel.
Breakfast was $20 per person and a bargain for all the good food offered in a buffet style.
This is the best hotel in Tel Aviv. Period

This hotel was well situated, in beautiful condition, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended to business or pleasure travelers.

This hotel was surprisingly good as we did not expect to find such a nice hotel in an office tower above a shopping center ... Excellent location, modern, comfortable and pleasant rooms, attentive staff, and luxurious business lounge on the 20th floor . Sports enthusiasts will enjoy free access to the holmes place club on the 10th floor of the tower (including a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and more ...). Great choice in central Tel - Aviv!

My experience in Israel was greatly enhanced by my stay at the Crowne Plaza City Center in Tel Aviv. I stayed 5 nights and from check-in through check-out, every single interaction I had with hotel staff exceeded my expectations. They were always friendly, courteous, and helpful, regardless of my request.
I used Priority Club points + cash for my stay and was treated the whole time as if I was paying for a suite. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and am looking forward to staying there again the next time I go to Israel.
The location is convenient for getting to the airport from the HaShalom train station and I liked going next door to the Azrieli Center to get food (Note: If you don't speak Hebrew, you have to ask for English menus at the restaurants in the Center. Everyone there seemed to speak English very well but the Center is mostly for Israelis).
The only thing that I didn't love about the hotel is that I could hear my neighbors go in and out of their rooms very loudly. As a matter of fact, I used earplugs because I could hear people going in and out of their rooms at 5am and my door didn't block out enough of the noise from doors closing.
Tip: The staff are able to be somewhat flexible on pricing if you have a compelling reason to ask for a break in price (example: 1/2 day in the business center for a reduced rate).

The hotel is just walking distance from the Ha-shalom train station which makes it very convenient as I had to take the train every day. Comfortable rooms with great view.Windows needed cleaning though. It made a very bad impression that 2 weeks after checkout they are still holding my deposit as an authorization on my credit card and the several calls I made did not get their attention.
