Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good - from start to finish We were looking for specifics when we booked the hotel: comfortable overnight accommodations, a reasonable rate, and the convenience of an in-house restaurant with good food. We found all three - plus the friendly, efficient service of staff, from the front desk to the restaurant wait staff. We would stay again if we had a need for a Baltimore hotel. June 16, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good service and friendly staff, dirty room. The staff was friendly and willing to help but for the cost of the room the room was not what I expected. Water stains on the drop ceiling in the bathroom peeling wallpaper etc... And if you have a first floor room you hear everything going on in the lobby. I stayed with a group for a sports tournament so I didn't have any input but did provide my experience for next years tournament. June 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by travelling retirees Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...family reunion. Our sister was celebrating her Jubilee in Baltimore and we all stayed here. We dined at the restaurant which was wonderfully accommodating due to Demetrius and Apostles. From the moment we arrived we treated royally thanks to Sterling. We usually stay in Holiday Express but, because they did not have availability, we stayed at Crowne Plaza and will from now on. June 7, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A+ for convenience only The bed was comfortable . The location was perfect for my needs. The room could have been cleaner. The maid service was poor. The hotel is advertised as renovated in 2012 but it does not look or feel like it. This is one location I will not revisit. The executive King rate was reduced due to propose of trip. I can't imagine paying the standard rate. I did not feel the value matched the cost at the reduced rate. June 1, 2013

The windows looked into the huge main lobby area, with no view of the outdoors. We were there only one night, so we did not ask to switch, but would have preferred a room with a view to the outside. A wedding party was celebrating the night that I stayed so there were some intoxicated people out in the lobby area and the elevators reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. Breakfast service was slow in the restaurant. Other than that, my stay was as expected. May 28, 2013
