Usually a good place to stay but not this time. Cable was broke and never fixed during my 4 week stay

Loved the rooms, room service menu/pricing, awesome indoor heated pool. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, and extremely nice room amenities (tv, furniture, fridge, coffee maker, lights, etc.)

The only thing that really bothered me was there were a bunch of school aged football players that were using the hallways as their own personal playground. So shame on me for not requesting a "quiet" floor. It also kind of dampened the pool experience, but of course none of that was the hotels fault. Just be forewarned to ask to be placed away from any large groups.
