Construction around the hotel on roads made it difficult to find - but then we found other ways to get there without the construction zones. May 20, 2013

We did have convention pricing, but what an EXCELLENT RATE they gave us. I would recommend it to ALL! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Meeting in the AM with over night stay First, we waited in line for quite a while upon arriving. It seems one person checks people in, the other person has to look busy on the phone and scanning room keys. Finally got checked in....walked in our room and SOMEONE WAS ALREADY THERE! Spooky, weird, gross (bed was very lived in) OMG! Would not want to ever have that happen again. Re-did check-in--speed is not their strong suit. Room #2 was at least unoccupied. Went to dinner-- came back to our room; however, 2 dogs were next door barking frantically...... Over and over and over, bark bark, bark bark, bark bark,.....OMG! Called desk....complained. Our option? Move to room #3. No apology, no upgrade option, no we are so sorry, how about breakfast on us? No nothing..... Just more inconvenience. Dog lovers should love your hotel.... My money and me will be staying elsewhere.... Food for thought? Put the pets and their owners on their own special floor so the rest of us who leave our 4-legged friends at home can get a good night's sleep. March 14, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water Our room was nice, nothing special but clean and the check-in was fine. The first morning my daughter went to take a shower as we had to be a conference across the street early and she had no hot water. I thought maybe she was exaggerating but it was ice cold. I called the front desk to report the problem, they said someone would be right up, nobody ever came. So, I also took and an ice cold shower. I decided that even though we had reserved 2 nights that we would be checking out early. I went to the desk over an hour later and told them we would like to check out and that nobody ever came to address the cold water problem, they told me they thought the problem had been fixed. Well, I obviously had already showered and the staff did not seem overly concerned. On a completely different note, we did eat breakfast in the hotel, which was just ok and it was very over priced, $14 per person for scrambled eggs, I would probably go elsewhere for breakfast. We especially loved the bar area. It was nice to have a drink and snack on cheese and vegetables in the evening. The only downside was the lack of hot tub. Other than that are stay was great. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bare minimum staffing in a packed hotel. No management available. Stayed here for a weekend with a large traveling group for a sports tournament. Hotel appeared to be very full as it was a preferred hotel recommended by tournament. They had one employee that worked in the restaurant covering all waitress duties in restaurant and also room service delivery. While the waitress tried her best, she could not possibly handle the workload causing our dining experience to drag on about 2 hours (30 minutes of it waiting on our check). Around 9:00 PM, waitress commented she had been at work since 6:00 AM and had to return the following morning at 6:00 AM for another full day of work by herself. I asked at front desk if I could speak to the manager over the restaurant intending to ask the manager to help the waitress. Front desk phoned the manager who stated she was unavailable to speak to customers. Said to take my phone number and she could call me on Monday morning. Asked to speak to the Hotel General Manager and was told the manager is not available on weekends and I could call on Monday to speak with them. I asked the front desk if there was anyone to back them up that I could speak to and was told no. Also no comment cards available when I asked. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I had to request new towels at front desk. Towels ran out at pool and were not restocked so water was standing in puddles all over the 2nd floor between pool and elevator. The minimum staff that was there tried their best and were friendly. I wonder how the managers keep their jobs leaving a packed hotel understaffed and without backup. Perhaps they should promote the waitress working 16 hour days by herself working the entire restaurant, room service, and the Starbucks counter to management. I think she would handle things differently. February 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable - great value I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel and the great value. The breakfast package was well worth the money and excellent. They had a nice Starbucks cafe setup in the lobby but it was rarely staffed, like in the evening when my wife and I like to wind down with a cup of coffee. My spousal unit had just returned from a nine day trip to Idaho and the tub and shower helped relax her. Again thank you. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel for frequent business travelers I travel often for business and when I'm in Tulsa I always stay here. The front desk quickly recognizes me as I walk thru the door and has everything ready for check in by the time I walk up to the desk. Eddie in the bar always remembers my name and favorite beer ( By the way - this hotel has an amazing selection of beers from all over the world!). Tito in the restraurant makes sure I have a "to go" cup of coffee after a wonderful breakfast buffet. Lots of hotels in Tulsa have great rooms at great prices, but if you are a frequent business traveler and looking for a place that feels like "home away from home" check out this Crowne Plaza. Only suggestion I would like to make is that there are some people who don't drink coffee and would prefer tea. It would be nice to have atleast 1 bag of tea in the room. Other than that it was totally awesome and beautiful. I am looking to come back to Tulsa and will be staying at the Crowne Plaza. Thanks LRF November 16, 2012

There was a place for it, but there was nothing there when you opened it. The price was fine and I guess you get what you pay for. We would stay there again, but have stayed at much better places. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable bed, great food and service I recently spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza Tulsa-Southern Hills hotel to attend 3 days of Tax classes being held there. The accommodations and service were excellent. I slept comfortably and found the rooms enjoyable and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was very good and serving size actually was too much. The service was also well done. On Wednesdays they offer a social in the evening with free wine, beer and snacks, which was also very enjoyable and generous. I would recommend this hotel for any trips to Tulsa. November 8, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK value, nice rooms, but not for business... The room and basic courtesy and service good as to be expected The 'business center' on the other hand, was troublesome. I Could not print basic online materials with regularity and ended up buying a printer to see to my business needs while in Tulsa. .It also seemed odd that neither computer would accept my flash drive. This was a first in several hotel stays over the year. For a hotel of this stature and name recognition...this was disappointing. The decorum of the hotel was nice and the atmosphere was professional and quiet. If you don't need basic computer and printing service on site...you'll do fine November 7, 2012
