Best Hotel Experience In Ages

Crowne Plaza stay contributed significantly to the success of my recent business travel. My work as a consultant can be exhausting, so being able to relax and rest is vital to me. Crowne Plaza provided that opportunity. My room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful... actually remembering me as I came and left the building... offering a friendly smile or wave. Honestly, they made me feel like I had a team behind me. I had not expected such an experience... but I welcome it wholeheartedly.

Check-in time not met, dirty rooms

Front desk did not meet quoted check in time. We had to wait 30 minutes for rooms to be cleaned. After initial 30 minutes, the receptionist told us the rooms were still not clean and asked us to wait an additional 30 minutes before finally suggesting to move us to a different room. Once moved to a different room, the room was not what we had requested for beds. We then had to go back down to the front desk and get moved to a room that met our request. Once in the room, there was only 1 towel supplied to our bathroom.

Dirty bathroom

The room itself was nice and roomy. The heating was a mystery.
The bathroom floor had either mud or animal feces on the floor, as well as grass. We picked up the pieces and had room service the next day. The bathroom floor was not even swept, grass was still there. Very disappointed that it wasn't cleaned up!
