The TV wasn't working correctly. I tried working the remote and didn't work. Had to call someone to fix it for me. The next morning, I turned on the TV and then the remote stoped working again. Decided not to call anyone anymore since I was about to check out.
I'd also like to have Foro TV channel available.

I have been staying at the Hotel since 2009, with minimum stays per year of 40 nights, and over those years not much has been done to have a better place to relax after working hours. The bar has some ambiance whenever there is an sport event, other than that is really boring. On the other hand, rooms have deteriorated at a rapid pace; sometimes A/C does not work properly; can not control the temp so it is either too hot or too cold, no middle term.....
Great brakfast buffet and excellent staff atention; those continue to be the strongest points!!

Great breakfast and excelent service....however the hotel is getting old and it shows in certain areas.

Although only stayed for a night, it was a fantastic haven after a 10 hr drive. Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, excellent hot water and room service.
Overall I would return and definetly recommend this hotel.
Thank you for making my family and I feel very well served.

Es increible que este hotel siempre tenga personal en entrenamiento en el área de rececpción, y este personal es el que te atiende y además que lo hacen de mala manera, NO SABEN ni hacer registros no salidas.
El que siempre tengan este tipo de personal ahí, o es por que tienen una rotación muy alta de personal o quieren ahorrar hasta el más mínimo cargo, y en ambos casos dice mucho del hotel, además de que los que pagamos el plat roto somos quienes nos llegamos a registrar.

This is a hotel in a very convenient location. Despite breakfast is not free in my mind it is a better value than the Holiday Inn next door
