Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by La recepcion empieza con los no se Puede?? claro que no, invitame a un hotel con Calidezz Llegando en el Fron desk lo primero que indican es que mi habitacion es de no fumar ( como yo la pedi) y que si se llegan a enterar que alguien fumo son 160 USD de penalizacion, que no puedo salir antes de las noches reservadas porque si no me cobran 50 USD por noche!! todo esto antes de reconocermo como Cilete Frecuente de IHG!!!! se creen acaso el ultimo Hotel de de Villahermosa?? claro que no!! y al final de mi ultima estancia,,,,llego en la rayita antes del Checl out de las 1330hrs y pido oportunidad de llegar antes a comer para que consoliden mi cuenta y me dicen que no se puede porque son las reglas y que vaya y saque mis cosas, que sim problemas me las resguardan, cuando solo les pedi media hora mas para comer tranquilo..... Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by stiff bed but nice rooms and great food. the staff was very helpful and the hotel is upgraded nicely however there was a horrible smell from the pipes in the lavatory (not just my room) they had to come pore bleach down the drain several times. the equipment was lacking, only 2 old treadmills and other equipment. the dining experience was fantastic. along with the room service. it was in a safe location and the security was admirable. i would have like to see an English option for the TV stations (only 3 English channels). the rooms were kept very clean. however the beds were rock hard and even with two comforters and two mattress toppers it was hard to sleep on. Me hospede en el hotel y liquide con tarjeta de crédito pero a la hora de hacer el cobro por el monto total tenían un problema con la terminal y tardaron más de media hora. Por fin se realizo el proceso y pude retirarme después de finalizar la transacción. En la noche recibí un mensaje a mi celular del banco con un cobro del hotel sin mi autorización. Al día siguiente fui al hotel y me dijeron que ese cargo era por un pie de cama que faltaba en la habitación y que no apareció. Considero que es una falta de profesionalismo de parte l hotel hacer un cargo sin el consentimiento del cliente sobre todo que no firmé ningún voucher por esa cantidad. La pregunta es como realizaron ese cargo? Y si tienen mis datos de Contacto me tenían que haber contactado para realizar una aclaración ya que no me lleve nada del cuarto y el pie de cama nunca estuvo en la habitación. Además no había nadie que me pudiera resolver el problema por que el argumento es que el gerente no se encontraba presente. Sólo me atendió el personal de recepción pero no podía resolver el problema. January 7, 2014

It was the very first tiem im my life, after 10 years of trips all over the world, tha I was charged for early check-out. Not sure if this is a new policy, but this shouldn't be a way to deal with your customers. Not saying myself as a Platinum member, but for anyone. December 9, 2013
