I have enjoyed the effort of the Front Desk staff to help with any question that i had - especially the conceiarge Knowledge and willingness to help.
The Breakfast was good and so was the room.

Totally uncomfortable having to take a shower in a clogged tub, and the water up your legs.

Good buffet breakfast. Very hard beds. Noisy A/C. Good basic room - but not Crowne Plaza level.

The hotel has a great location. Their gym is in poor condition, equipment is old and non functional but the rest of the hotel is good.
Most of their front desk employees need to have a very serious customer service training. I have stayed there 5 times and there is always an issue at check in.
Next time in Villahermosa I will try a different hotel.

Nice Hotel. The staff was great and provided courtious service. Several good resteraunts are within walking distance just around the corner. The Holiday Inn Express is right behind this hotel as is a Chilis. The hotel resteraunt offers great food and service as well. The internet was quite slow. I did not get to use the pool but it looked nice.ake care of it for you. If you need a taxi to the airport which is about 15-20 minutes away, the front desk staff will tI would stay there again should business take me back down there.

The first 5 weeks at this hotel were not bad; unfortunately the last one almost became a nightmare. Three days before my departure the laundry lost my clothes, but they lied promising they were going to return my belongings until my final day when they finally admitted they had lost them, but even that they charged me the cost of the laundry. Moreover the hotel not only refused to cover the real cost of my clothes but also did not accept to confirm their mistake by written so I could claim the insurance.

I have been staying at this location for 2 to 3 days every 3-4 weeks since March 2013. I have seen a slow deterioration everytime, eventhough I have been staying in higher category rooms. I have made my comments to the people in the lobby and I think they pass the word and correction actions are eventually taken. But then something else fails. Last time the maid even forgot to put soap in my room. That is a clear signal of lack of quality control. Next time I will stay there again, but I am considering other options if quality continues to fall.
