Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed comments - It was a good experience again to feel Mexico's south taste, when my team and I met at this nice hotel. I just want to mention little details that may help or at least be taken into consideration for improvement: - Room service was kind of in a slow motion to answer phones and also to take room service leftovers from my room. -Room maids same feeling, they were finishing rooms as late as 6 pm !!, One day I called front desk to request a room change because my room was not clean and ready. They never provided an answer for this issue neither I received a call back. -Noisy room - You could hear vacuum cleaners all day long, and if you want to take your used after lunch nap, that wold be a problem. -Slow motion also to get your check out. I had to rush mi taxi to airport because I spent almost 30 minutes during checking out process. May 24, 2013

The next morning, I turned on the TV and then the remote stoped working again. Decided not to call anyone anymore since I was about to check out. I'd also like to have Foro TV channel available. I have been staying at the Hotel since 2009, with minimum stays per year of 40 nights, and over those years not much has been done to have a better place to relax after working hours. The bar has some ambiance whenever there is an sport event, other than that is really boring. On the other hand, rooms have deteriorated at a rapid pace; sometimes A/C does not work properly; can not control the temp so it is either too hot or too cold, no middle term..... Great brakfast buffet and excellent staff atention; those continue to be the strongest points!! April 10, 2013

Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, excellent hot water and room service. Overall I would return and definetly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my family and I feel very well served. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Urge que hagan algo con este Hotel Es increible que este hotel siempre tenga personal en entrenamiento en el área de rececpción, y este personal es el que te atiende y además que lo hacen de mala manera, NO SABEN ni hacer registros no salidas. El que siempre tengan este tipo de personal ahí, o es por que tienen una rotación muy alta de personal o quieren ahorrar hasta el más mínimo cargo, y en ambos casos dice mucho del hotel, además de que los que pagamos el plat roto somos quienes nos llegamos a registrar.
