Need to upgrade the workout room. The treadmill is not balanced and generates several maintenance required messages before turning on.

This was our first visit to Crowne Plaza VA Beach. ALL of the staff were attentive and very pleasant, especially Bernard, manager.
The only problem we had was there is currently construction going on, which caused a lot of noise and hindered use of an elevator. Otherwise, the stay was great!

From the moment we walked in, to the moment upon leaving, we had an absolute amazing experience. We felt very welcomed by the front desk, she was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Walking into the room felt inviting by the cleanliness and ambiance. As we prepared to head to our destination, we stopped at the bar for a drink and the service was nothing short of professional with a high level of friendliness. She (bartender) was extremely attentive and engaged in conversation without over baring our privacy and conversation among our selves. We will most certainly be coming back to stay here while in VA beach. Thank you so much to the staff for an exceptional stay.

This was my second stay. it was great. my first time, i came to survey the area, looking to relocate. this stay? i was able to find an affordable apartment in a good area. close to schools and family.

Latge comfortable King room. The breakfast was pricy but excellent. The staff were all courteous in spite of having 10 military Christmas parties going on. And the elevators all worked - and prompt. We were visiting a relative in the hospital. Returning to our room was just the medicine WE needed.

I found this hotel's staff to be excellent and attentive to my needs. When I arrived I'd been placed in a handicap room and asked to change. They accomodated me at once with a nice corner room. The cleaning staff was quite good and kept my room spotless for my three-night stay. Of special note was our bartendress, Samantha, who was friendly, helpful and very attentive. I would certainly stay in this hotel again if I revisit Virginia Beach.

Wonderful location and facility.
Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. I really appreciated the swing out makeup mirror.
The fittness center is the best I've ever seen in a ICH facility.
The Facility also did a nice job on the wedding reception (with just a few minor glitches).

We had a really nice overnight stay. Friendly staff. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Room service breakfast took about 45 minutes, but it was really tasty, and the prices were great! Very nice accommodations at a very nice rate.

I commute to Virginia Beach for work. I spend several nights each week at the Crowne Plaza at Virginia Beach.
The hotel personnel go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They have been very responsive to minor issues that I've mentioned to them.

My wife and I spent 12 days at the Virginia Beach Town Center Crowne Plaza and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, our room was terrific, the cost was more than reasonable, the laundry was handy. That said, the restaurant was on the mediocre side, but still more than acceptable. We did at the time, but again we extend our thanks to the staff.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza while Hurricane Sandy was churning the waters in VA Beach. Was a very pleasant stay, staff was very attentive and very pleasant.

Your staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful about my needs. Of note: Both Kate and Kathy were intrumental at ensuring I had all accomodations required and that provided these sevices with a smile as well as maintained continuous professionalism. These fine young woman should be promoted ahead of their peers.
