The staff, from front desk to engineer to waitresses are all smiling, friendly, willing and eager to help make your stay nice. Clean, nice rooms with two sinks outside bathroom, comfy beds.
Gave me an upgrade for platinum status and a coupon for a free appetizer at the restaurant. My filet mignon in restaurant was scrumptious!

The rooms that have adjoining doors. Dont get. They are not double doors, you can hear the people next to you snore and everywword they speak. Terrible night sleep hotel offer not compensation whatsoever. Will not return.

Room was clean and well cared for. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Room service quick and excellent quality. Staff very attentive, including private dining room for our group.

Our family (12+) came for a wedding last weekend & I can honestly say that it could not have been a better stay! The staff was wonderful; the food was amazing; the wedding venue & planner were excellent! Our rooms were great & the proximity to all that we needed was perfect! The wait staff in the restaurant were so cheerful & welcoming (& prompt). From the moment we checked in until we waved goodbye, I was impressed with everyone we dealt with.

We appreciate it very much that their restaurant / bar stays open until 1 a.m. since our late arrival at airport from CA. Otherwise, we would have had problems to locate restaurants nearby which would stay open after 9 or even after 10 p.m.

We live in Scituate MA. Our power went out during the Blizzard of 2013 on Friday, 2/8. By Sunday 2/10, we were cold and miserable sleeping in 8 layers of clothes, getting warm by sitting in the car with the heat on. Yours was the only hotel within 75 miles that had an available room that would accept pets.
The Crown Plaza is a beautiful hotel. It seemed that there were many people checking in for the same reason (to get warm and take a shower) and the staff couldn't have been more friendly, patient, and professional. I don't remember what the woman's name was that checked us in (we arrived at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, 2/10) but she was exceptional in every way.
If we ever have a reason to visit Providence/Warwick and need accommodations, we will choose The Crown Plaza Hotel.

The hotel was nice. Rooms and amenities were good. Staff was nice. The hotel made sure that enough staff stayed during the blizzard "nemo" in order to ensure that all of the guests were taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, if I'm ever in the area.

Even though we were in the middle of the Nemo winter storm, the hotel maintained great service and the staff was right on top of things. Great job. Thanks for making what could have been a bad experience a very good one.

I was a guest in the hotel during the "Nemo" blizzard. The hotel did an excellent job of taking care of its guests during the blizzard. Hotel employees stayed in the hotel during the storm so the hotel was fully staffed and able to provide full service despite the terrible weather conditions outdoors. Even the hotel shuttles were still running and trying to take people off property if needed despite 2-feet of snow on the ground! During a time when I felt stranded and not sure when I would be able to get home, it was nice to be staying somewhere that treated guests so well.

Fourth Year we have returned to Crowne Plaza in Warwick for our Convention. This is the best Convention that we go to during the year and no small part of it is due to this Hotel, Staff and Services here are always top Notch and we have never been disappointed with any part of our stay here. Already Looking forward to returning for year 5,

I travel frequently and the Crowne Plaza never fails to exceed expectations. Rooms are well appointed and current. The premises are clean and orderly. The restaurants are quiet and inviting. Overall the Crowne Plaza is the only chain that has consistently shown the high-standards important to business travelers. I appreciate their facilities and their staff.

A special thanks to your staff for always treating us (Southwest Airlines) in a most excellent manner. During my last visit, the male bartender (dark hair) rushed to get in my order before the kitchen closed. It had been a very long day with no chance to get food, so I was more than glad he went the extra mile.
We love the crew room and the food discounts especially, and the gym is not to bad either.
Thanks for having us and being part of the team.

The staff at the Providence-Warwick (Airport) Crowne Plaza went above and beyond for my niece and her husband during their Christmas visit.
The couple arrived from London and were treated like Royalty by everyone they encountered at the Crowne Plaza.
I must to give a very special thank you to Cara at the front desk. She was extremely helpful to me when I ordered a special welcome treat for my niece and her husband who were so cordially welcomed by Cara upon their arrival.
Their cheese and cracker tray were waiting for them along with some yummy chocolate dipped strawberries and some juice and soft drinks.
They so appreciated the spacious and lovely accommodations at the Crowne Plaza as well as the wonderful staff.
You can be sure that when they visit RI again they will be staying at the Crowne Plaza.

We had a good stay. The room and bed were fine. We checked in late (after midnight), and didn't get any recognition for being a priority club member (coupons, etc). Breakfast buffet was average. I was a little disappointed when I asked to check out an hour late and was advised that they were unable to approve my request because the entire hotel was booked for the following evening. Oh well...

I have stayed at this hotel before and have felt very comfortable and relaxed. Staff is great. Was very dissapointed that this stay their were dogs on my floor. Didn't know that they allowed dogs at this hotel. There were at least 3 and they were barking during the night....Will question if I would stay here again....Nice hotel but very disturbing that they allow dogs...

Stayed over New Year's Eve for wedding. Beauitifully decorated rooms which were very clean. Wonderful and friendly services upon check-in and great food at wedding and brunch the next day. Very impressed with facility!

I've stayed at this particular Crowne Plaza several times over the past few years when traveling on business. Usually, I’m quite happy with my room and its amenities, but this time I was incredibly surprised when it was missing some essentials.
When I first arrived, my room's circulation system was not working. No A/C, no fan. The staff promptly sent up an engineer who resolved the issue right away. So far so good, right?
All night long I tried to connect to WiFi, but I had no luck. No work got done that night except for the bit I could do on my phone via cellular network. In the morning, I turned on the TV and found that I had no cable, just a blank screen with “no signal” displayed. Then, I jumped into the shower, and nearly jumped back out because the water was very cold – barely lukewarm – I couldn’t do anything to get it to warm up to a reasonable temperature.
Upon checkout I told the front desk staff what had happened. No TV, no WiFi, no hot water, and I again mentioned that the A/C wasn’t working when I first arrived. They simply said “I’m so sorry” but offered nothing – not even a partial refund or a credit - nothing. If they had just made some kind of offer to make me feel like my pretty bad stay was recognized, I would have declined and felt a bit better. But, nothing. Not good business when there is a lot of competition out there for frequent travelers’ business.
After so many stays in that hotel, I likely won’t stay there again.

We checked in for our daughters wedding weekend and we were given a different room than we had booked. The staff immediately fixed this and gave us the correct room on the correct floor. Room was wonderful, bathroom was excellent with a double sink and a magnifying mirror! Bed was comfortable enough. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is there was no fridge or safe in the room.

I had a client come up from New York to work with me on her business for the day -- we reserved the Elms Boardroom and had lunch in Remington's.
Everything was perfect: the room atmosphere, the staff who brought tea, the restaurant staff, the lunch itself (my client is still raving over the pot roast dinner).
And, to ensure I was fresh for the meeting, I stayed the night before -- my room was perfect. The atmosphere in Alfred's was just as I'd hoped...quiet with attentive, but never hovering staff. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. A home run all around!
Thanks for a great experience! I'll be back!

Stayed for my sister's wedding, was very happy with everything. The room was comfy, the staff was amazing! Would stay there again anytime, only neg thing was the air made alot of noise in the middle of the night....small price to pay for a nice cool room though. Thank you to everyone who made our very special event so wonderful!!!

There was blood on the sheets - unfortunately, not noticed before getting into bed. Looked like it happened recently (translation: not laundered) but the sheets weren't changed because the bed looked unused. Maid Service 101: check and change even if you don't think something is dirty. Front desk's response was 'That's disgusting.' However, they only refunded a minimal amount considering how much the stay cost. Not happy at all. The location isn't good - you really need to stay in Providence to have access to anything worthwhile since the transportation is less than useless if you use the shuttle and horribly expensive if you need to take a cab.

As a frequent traveler, this is one of my favorite hotels in the U.S.. It is clean, spacious, and inviting. Not only is it convenient to the Providence area, but it is also so close to all the wonders of New England--Boston, Cape Cod, Newport, and Foxwoods are all under an hour. It makes it a perfect travel hub. The personnel in every department go out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant manager, the staff at Alfred's, the concierge, the shuttle driver, the check-in staff, and everyone at the hotel were warm and friendly. The food is outstanding. It makes for a tough decision as to dine in the many wonderful area restaurants or just stay put in the hotel. I have stayed there on three separate occasions, and every visit gets better. My congratulations on a job well done, and thank you.

The location is extremely convenient. The room was very large with a great king sized bed and large seating area with a big couch. There are two sinks along a long wall area and private toilet and bath area. The staff was very helpful. There was also a balcony.
The only negative was no place to get a newspaper.

My Husband and I have stayed at your hotel several times over the past four years. It has always been comfortable, clean and welcoming. I want to give a special thanks and recognition to two very important individuals on your staff. "Cara" at the front desk consistently goes out of her way to make guests feel welocome and important. She is unusually helpful, professional and cheery despite the time of day or circumstance. I actually feel relieved at check in when I see her at the front desk!
This past weekend, I left my iPad in my hotel room after check out (OOPS!) I called back to the front desk and the staff found my lost item (front desk and housekeeping). I am so grateful that your staff is very kind, thoughful and honest! We will continue to return!!
