I travel for business a relatively small number of nights a year, compared to some (15-20) and I love the Crowne Plaza in general and the one in downtown DC was terrific. Great value for price, very, very friendly and helpful staff and quite responsive to our one concern ( a barking dog in the room next to ours, that they dealt with it quickly-guess they called the dog owner back to quite the pooch down).
Thank you CP, we look forward to staying with you again, in DC and elsewhere.

The Hotel was great, everything we expected, we had issues with the 14K restaurant, The food was very good, we just happened to get the worst waiter ever, 30 min for drinks, after asking hostess, after 55 min waiter had to retake our order because he messed it up, 1 hour 24 min dinner served, wait we have no silverware, 1 hour 51 min a free dessert, wait no silverware again, over 2 hours is unacceptable,

The rooms were clean and customer service was good. The beds were hard as a rock! It would have been better to sleep on the floor. Really should revoke the pets allowed in hotel. Heard dogs barking all hours of night. Restaurant food was good the service was bad. They delivered the food and never came back. I had to ask several people to get my check. Finally received check 45 minutes later! The hotel Wi-fi was terrible there was hardly any signal. This should be a free service for all hotel guests! The breakfast should be available to all hotel guests. Not $20 a person for hardly any food choices.
