Great room, convenient access to shopping

Since I rarely stay at any Crowne Plaza, I can't compare this hotel to the others, but this location did meet most of my expectations.

I was disappointed that registered guests had to pay for self parking, and there was no microwave in my room, but overall, I would still give this hotel an excellent rating.

There is a shopping mall and several restaurants surrounding the Crowne Plaza, so that was a big plus. I also enjoyed the complimentary hot apple cider that was served in the lobby. It helped warm me up after walking around the downtown streets in the cold night air.

Nice but noisy, no restaurant and not close to other restaurants.

A full service restaurant but no tables, just lounge area. Service was VERY SLOW. Heater in room was very loud and the wake up call I cancelled didn't get cancelled and woke me up. Staff was nice though.
