I love this hotel. The people working here couldn't be nicer, the room is immaculate and the bed really comfortable. For a woman, the bathroom has a great setup and the shower has fantastic water pressure. I would stay here again. My only complaint is the coffee in the restaurant (was free) is terrible. AS last time, I asked for a quiet room and room was perfect.

The newly renovated HI to Crown was well done.
The rooms are well decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
The one disturbing and frustrating part of the renovation is the orientation of the bathroom door.
The door swings inward, with the toilet to the right and the door knob to the left. You have to side step by both obstacles to close the bathroom door. This has to be done to access the electrical outlet and the other third of the sink countertop.
It makes it claustrophobic. I have stayed at that hotel many times throughout the years, and this is the first passionate complaint I have made.

This hotel would have received a raving review except for one employee.
We were warmly greeted upon arrival and pleasantly surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to the executive floor. So, let me say that I do realize that I did not pay for the service, but use Trip Advisor and various other resources when travelling, so I would like to warn potential guests.
We had spent the previous day in the city at a ball game and touring. Needless to say we slept til almost 9 am. The executive breakfast is supposed to be served until 10. My husband arrived a few minutes before I, so that was around 9:30. He found two pieces of bread left. When I arrived 5 minutes later, I asked the hostess for more bread........are you ready? Her response was "that is all that we have for today" Really? I honestly thought that she was kidding. Thank goodness that there was no cutlery left either and when I asked for some she said that she would have to call the kitchen. I very nicely asked if since she did have to call the kitchen, would they have bread? It did arrive, however I made note of the time on the tv,and at 9:45 all that was left on the breakfast bar was coffee. I felt very rushed and that I was imposing on this girl.

I want to commend the staff at the Woburn Crowne Plaza. They took care of all of our needs without a problem. They were extremely friendly and outgoing. They took good care of us.

We traveled with three small children, but everything was great! A gentleman helped us get our bags out of the car and up to the room. Front desk staff courteous, recently remodeled, New sheets and towels, extremely comfortable beds and linens, all for a very reasonable price! We had a great meal downstairs in the restaurant for dinner, with a very sweet waitress, but I'm still unclear whether there was breakfast. We didn't make it downstairs in enough time to check into it. It was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely go back!!!

This was an awesome exxperience! I was greeted by a lovely young woman when I checked in. Brought up the Rewards program, which I didn't know they had. Explained everything to me. Rooms were wonderful and both beds actually had enough pillows! Normally, in other motels, we always have to call down for extra pillows. Wish we could have stayed our entire trip at the Crown Plaza!! Thank you for a great experience

I have used this hotel for an number of years, including prior to its transformation to a Crowne Plaza and have always found it to be an excellent hotel for business in the Bedford, Burlington, MA area. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. Would definitely lodge there again.

Our stay was great. It was our first time to Boston and the staff was extremely helpful. Blake, the shuttle driver at the time, even booked us a reservation at a nice Italian restaurant in the North End on Saturday night.

Liked the room, but it was somewhat spartan. No fridge. Coffee pot was terrible. Wish there was more light in bathroom. No information about hotel & services. continental breakfast was only fair - toaster & waffle iron did not work very well. Service was good. Would visit there again because of the convenience of the location to Boston.

I grew up near this hotel location, and for years it was home to unimpressive properties. It was a great surprise then that the Crowne Plaza was a complete gut renovation. Our room on the executive (4th) floor was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the service was friendly. Everything looked absolutely brand new. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great morning service from the morning staff at breakfast. In particular, the morning waitress were great. The bartenders at night were great ,friendly and a great smile. Overall, it was an enjoyable 14 days. I would difinitly go back or recommend it to my friends and co-workers.

from the check in to the check out everyone we saw working for the hotel greeted us in avery nice manner. thr room was clean and very comfortable and clean, room service was quick with hot tasty food and pleasent delivery. will will use them again

I was very happy with my stay, unfortunately it was only for 1 night. The front desk was very friendly, room clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom amazing.. . My only criticism is the food for breakfast. The buffet was not so good, but this would definitely not stop me from staying here again.

Several hours after checking in I wanted to purchase a bottle of water and put the charge on my room. When I was unable to provide the desk clerk with my room number, she asked me to provide my home address. Once I gave her my home address she told me that it was incorrect and she had a complete different address under my name. Next she told me that my priority number was under a different guests account, which seriously concerned me considering my credit card is linked to my priority account. When I asked for an explanation, she was flipped with me and started to hassle me, even the night manager dismissed me, which complicated the situation. After getting no resolve, I decided to go to my room and deal with the issue in the morning. When I went to the front desk the next morning the women asked how she can help, so I began to explain the situation to her, along with trying to show her my conformation on my laptop for the reservation I made 2 months prior. She explained that she understood the situation and she had taken care of it. At this point I had to explain that I had a 4 day reservation and my room key would not work, along with the fact they never gave me my breakfast tickets, which I had to ask for the following day. I am very disappointed with the customer service and have never been treated this way by any hotel or hotel chain ever.

First stay at this location. Although in a semi busy area, room & hotel were rather quiet. The room was clean, comfortable & warm; with a new feel to it. And, the shower...ooohh yeeaahh!!

We had a great time. The shuttle to train was very convenient. Bed comfortable.
Two issues, one was that we found blood on our sheets the second night. It was not on the mattress pad but saturated the sheet. Tried to call front desk which brings me to my second issue. It seems that the front desk phone was not being answered. I called multiple times.
On check-out I did speak to manager and ask that he look at the sheet before housekeeping arrived to clean it. I had some concerns on where the blood came from. Very concerned that it did not bled through to mattress pad and the amount of blood on the sheet would of bled through.
I felt like he didn't want to hear about it and shrugged me off.
Anyway, we still had a lovely time despite that.

We booked two rooms for two nights and all of us had a great time. We were given coupons for breakfast and it said 1 coupon for each room.
We assumed all of us have free breakfast that morning but waiter said was only for 1 guest per room. Kinda of misled.
Also front desk said we shouldn't be given breakfast coupons in the first place since we are AAA members. ( they were the one that gave it to us?)
Otherwise stayed was great .

Rooms were very nice. Took shuttle to commuter rail into the city for sightseeing. Easy to drive to plenty of parking. No restaurants easily accessible on foot. Ate breakfast at hotel restaurant and it was good, but restaurant is very noisy, congested, and more bar atmosphere in the evening.

Great staff, happy to help on anything challenged of them. Hotel was comfortable although bed slightly softer than I would have expected. Scoreboard was a great place to eat, lively and good table service.
Would like to return however the week rate a little high but could be worked on.
Front desk reception great staff and able to facilitate all needs without any fuss.
Overall a very pleasurable experience

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, it was comfortable, it was everything you could ask for and more. Much much more. And the cost was so affordable. We came into town for a Celtics Game but if we had more time we would have stayed longer just to enjoy the hotel. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area or just passing through.

Have you ever forgotten something at a hotel and wondered if you"d ever get it back. I left a phone charger next to the bed and when I called it"d already been turned into lost & found and when I came back to the hotel it was waiting for me at the front desk. They even followed up with a phone callto make sure that I retrieved it.
