Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Full Charge on Club Room while Lounge Closed We stayed for 4 days in a standard club room. 1. The lounge was closed without nitice when booking 2. Quest was given coupns for solf drink at the second floor where you can only select certain type of soft drink (we were told for a couple times visit that some of drinks out of stock). 3. It is extremely noisy and we couldn't discuss any business issues there. 4. We were charged a FULL PRICE without compensation. Hope to see fair service that we pay for. February 28, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location This hotel is in a very good location, you can find the park and Walmart and restaurant nearby. Hotel room is generally clean. The only thing is the service is still not up to standard. AC swtich in the room can only be turned on to have warm air. I asked the hotel staff, she told me just to open the door to cool the room down. December 5, 2012
