Nos dieron habitaciones muy diferentes de calidad, una tenia mucha humedad y yo soy alergico, pedi nos cambiaran de habitacion. La piscina no estaba en funcionamiento, mi familia se vino decepcionada por no poder disfrutar de ella y siendo que va incluida en el costo de la misma habitacion. en la segunda noche que pasamos no limpiaron la habitacion y siendo que regresamos despues de las 18:00 hrs. tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran y a esa hora tuvimos que salirnos para que pudieran hacerlo.
