This excellent hotel is centrally located and with great services. Every aspect of the hotel was great and if one insists on finding fault, I could said that its travel agency needs room for improvement.

I use this hotel when travelling in China and it is one of the best I've stayed in. They value my Platinum Priority Club status and upgraded me on my last stay to a fantastic corner room with 180 degree views of the city.
Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Stayed there 3 nights with my parents.. and even they are singing the praises of this hotel. From the check in to the concierge to the porters, the staff were friendly and spoke to us earnestly in English even though we looked Chinese... which is much appreciated because unfortunately as Singaporean Chinese, our command of Mandarin wasn't great (until/unless we initiated conversations in Mandarin). The concierge, Tony, was extremely kind & helpful, giving us good suggestions for our Day trip to Yongding tulou.

I've stayed at this hotel at least 10 times in the last two years and always look forward to returning. As a platinum priority club member, I always have an upgraded room. The hotel also gives me access to the club lounge with free snacks and drinks in the evening. The rooms are very comfortable, the AC works great, and the baths are very nice with separate tub and shower. The breakfast buffet is also very good. I've not tried the restaurants.

the service is nice. the staffs are really nice. However, I am a klm crew member who stayed in the hotel meanwhile i am a member of priority club as well which means i cannot get any points by staying in the hotel. But my opinion is although the price is less than the price of other custmers who stay in the hotel (that is why there is no point for me to stay), at least i come to your hotel very often, so maybe one night is not enough to get the points but maybe several nights are enough. so could you think about it? thank you.

给白金会员的待遇非常好。期间遇到了些小问题，但酒店的解决速度和方案都非常令人满意，非常值得推荐的酒店。令我对皇冠假日的整体印象有所提升。
