This is my first was trip to Xian. The staffs in this hotel are helpful and have customer in mind in many ways, especially Amy and Maria at the club room. They are dedicated and thoughtful, finding ways to make sure the customer gets what he wanted. For example, recommending local food and how to get to the places recommended.
This make my stay memorable.

I stayed two nights at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. Great customer services, in particular the staffs in the executive lounge, all attentive and caring, made people feel warm like at home. I have a luxury traveling to many places and countries and staying in many brands hotels like this one. The hardware in this hotel may not be the best but the people were the nicest.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful hotel and amazing staff
We were so well looked after on our recent short stay. All the staff we encountered were really helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Next time we will be back for a longer stay, I hope.
A particular shout out to Jeremy, front of house, who was able to find us interconnecting rooms; Maria and Lisa in the club lounge, and Guillaume for the wonderful food.
Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

Check in failed to tell us they were pre charging our credit card the room and a large deposit. We found this out at checkout when the invoice was incorrect. I needed a calculator and orginal reservation document to prove I was right. The assistant manager was reluctant to extend our check out to 1:00. This was not inconvient to the hotel since I spent most of the time debating the final invoice at check out. No one speaks English at Room Service so I had to write out what I wanted to order and take it down to the front desk so they could order it for me. At breakfast the staff filled our water glasses with hot water which melted all the ice cubes. If I had wanted hot water I would have ordered tea. We requested a non smoking room but got a smoking room. Our clothes smelled so bad that they were washed immediately upon returning home. I would not recommend this hotel

This is our first visit to Xian. The hotel is the highest building in the central city, you can't miss it if the taxi driver don't know where to go.
Our room was upgraded to the club floor on high floor, could see the view when the sky is clear.
Arrival was a bit mishandled by perhaps inexperienced staff dealing with PC Platinum member, no welcome nor expressing any benefits given to us. But soon after getting to our room, I realized we were not given any benefits nor access to the Club lounge. With the free internet, I quickly emailed to the Guest Relation office, and immediately receive a phone call from the Guest Relation Office apologized for the mistakes of the check in staff. My sister in-law's room (also booked with my husband's PC membership) was upgraded to our floor next to our room, which we were so pleased. Our rooms were filled with welcome fruit more than we expected. What a treat.
We were assured that being on the Club floor, we have access to the Club Lounge for high tea and Cocktail. It was wonderful caring attitude to PC member, thank you.
The staff at the Club Lounge were all outstanding, not just serving us but they gave us more valuable information of what and where to see in Xian, as we couldn't find any Tourist office outside the hotel to help tourists like us. The girls at Club Lounge gave us the best hospitality that we were sad to say good bye after our stay.
The room was spacious and with all amenities well thought of preparing for us. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, love it. The breakfast was well catered for every one, with freshly squeezed juice and the best Dim Sim in a breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive and quick to clean the table, The only thing missing was peanut butter, for my toast and waffles. Hope that my next visit will find that peanut butter, as promised by the manager!
Top mark to the Concierge and assistance, all were very helpful and informative. The best team of Concierge I have ever seen.
After a long day of sightseeing, we arrived back to the hotel at 8:30pm, and so decided to have dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. It was fine dining beautiful restaurant, with caring staff who recommended the dishes that we must try in Xian. She was right, we enjoyed all the dishes and we still think that dinner was the best meal we had in Xian, the price and portion were very reasonable and well worth it, better than eating elsewhere.
Our stay at this hotel was the best highlight of our first trip to Xian, beside visiting the Terracotta Army. Thank you

Well trained staff - attentive to necessary details, friendly and always with a smile.
We were unable to find any decent restaurants in the city areas after a whole day sightseeing, returned to hotel and have had a relaxing dinner with excellent services, good value fine dinning.
Food on the table within 10 minutes after ordering.
Somehow, the shower water drainage was slow, outflow is about half of the shower inflow, it could be some dirt in the pipe needs clean up.

The accommodations were great! I had a warm, wonderful greeting at the main desk...lot's a cheerful employees offering help and assistance. The crew in the Executive lounge...Lisa and Maria...were wonderful! They were both so cheerful and helpful. They made me feel like a VIP. The food at the hotel was fabulous! The waiters very attentive! I also wish to thank the concierge desk for the (at times) painstaking effort to flag down a taxi for me. They did a great job of assisting me in my departure and return to the hotel. Again...very attentive! I will certainly recommend this facility to any of my colleagues...or to anyone that I may hear of visiting Xi'an.
