Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 门童没有服务意识,需要加强培训 第一次在西安住这个酒店。早上从酒店去办公室,出酒店大堂想打车,在门外没有看到服务员。看到门童在酒店大堂内站着(可能当天有风,天气比较冷,他不愿意站在外面)于是走进酒店大堂内,我说:我要打个车去这个地址。门童说:现在不好打车。我说:如果我走着去,远吗,应该怎么走呀?门童说:不远,出去向前(用手向门外指)就是。我说:你这样指,我不是很清楚,你能到门外帮我详细说说吗?门童说:我也不认识这个地方。(刚才还说不远,现在让他出去他就说不认识了,可能是怕冷,不愿意到门外吧)。我说:那你帮我打个车吧。门童说:现在不好打车。我说:那我怎么办呀。门童说:你自己走到路边等一会就能打到车了。 (他认为车不好打,所以要客人自己在路边等,自己打车。打车不是他的工作,与他无关,他只负责在暖暖的大堂内站着。)我因为赶时间,没再和他对话,自己走出酒店问了门口一个等人的司机。 这样的服务员完全没有服务意识,不考虑客人的需求,与酒店的等级极不相符。缺乏培训和管理。我是早上8:00离开酒店的,门童身高1.85左右,比较壮,有些黑。如果酒店查询录像或者排班表是可以确认这个服务不好的门童是谁的。希望加强管理。 February 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 非常完美的一次入住体验。全家人都非常开心!非常感谢酒店热情的服务! 做为西安人,常年在外工作奔波,体验了无数五星级酒店,也混到了洲际白金会员。但是家中爷爷奶奶姥姥姥爷还从未体验过五星级酒店,所以这次春节过年特地想让他们体验一下,就选了咱西安皇冠假日。 整个体验非常好。这里要特别感谢在一些环节帮助到我们的工作人员。 首先,在预定的时候,我想定两间行政房的周末六折,但是只有1间了,只得先定了一间行政一件豪华。订好后致电前台,当时前台的工作人员Anna安娜听了我是带老人入住就二话没说帮我两间都做了升级。行政间升级到了行政套房,豪华间升级到了行政房!按理白金会员也只能升级一次了。 然后,一个问题就来了。一个套房一个行政房,哪个老人住套房都会让另一对老人有点不平衡,更何况当天家里人蛮多人都来送老人过来。想到这个问题,我致电前台,这次是Harry接电话,他也是非常理解我的困惑,经过和经理协商,帮我补了从豪华房到行政房的差价,把另一间也升级到了行政套房。而且两间房都加床送三早和HH等待遇。 我们一行N人入住以后,Harry还特意送上了特别丰盛的水果拼盘,比很多IC的果盘还要好很多呢。真是非常感谢。几位老人可开心了。 老人们在酒店洗完澡以后,大家说到就廊坐坐两家人聊聊天。可是我们两家人加起来10多个人了,早超过人数限制了。我和行政酒廊的Lisa说明了自己这次的情况。她人特别好,让家人都坐下喝喝茶聊聊天,看着两家人在一起聊天,我也很开心。lisa听说还有位老人有点发烧在房间里,还特别煮了牛奶和粥给送下去。为此,姥姥感动的都哭了。 等到晚上Happy hour的时候,酒廊的另一位工作人员kitty同样特别的好!我都已经非常不好意思了,带这么多人来酒店。但是她说来了就把这当家。让我们一共10个人都进去享受了欢乐时光。我知道我的要求这有点过分了,但是酒廊的态度让我感动极了! 家人还去游了泳,健了身。玩了整整一天!虽然当天西安大雾霾,但我们的心里都暖和,明亮!感谢西安皇冠假日给我们全家的这次完美入住体验。特别感谢Harry,Lisa,Kitty,Anna的热情服务!谢谢!今后一定常光顾,也推荐所有IHG会员光顾这家酒店! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another excellent stay in Xi'an My partner and I first stayed here back in May 2013 we had a memorable experience and this, our second visit to Xi'an, was no different. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left there was nothing that either of us can think of which could have been done better. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and informed that as top-tier members in the IHG loyalty scheme we had been upgraded to a full suite, which was beautiful and had all the facilities we could possibly want. The staff in the Club lounge were outstanding and a credit to the hotel; it would be unfair to single out any one person for especial praise as they all deserve that. Clearly the Club manager is well on top of her game and has great staff backing her up. We ate breakfast in both the ground floor restaurant and in the Club in order to compare both and although there was naturally a greater selection immediately available downstairs it was made clear to us in the Club that anything we wanted that was not on display could be obtained, we only had to ask. The evening 'Happy Hour' saw a goodly number of different hot and cold dishes to choose from, including a wide selection of what can only be described as scrumptious puddings! The wine and spirits were also good quality and poured with pleasure into large my obvious distress the following mornings. Although not in the centre of the city this property is not that far from the main attractions, or the Terracotta Warriors location, so don't be put off by that. There are interesting sights close by such as the Small Goose Pagoda, and for the ladies some excellent shopping in a mall just across the street. This hotel is in my opinion of such a standard it would rank among some of the best Intercontinental properties, as a Crowne Plaza it is outstanding and highly recommended. I shall certainly return next time I am in this part of China and I suggest if you have not been here before you put it top of your list. January 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Free upgrade to executive floor from Deluxe. A wonderful surprise I was upgraded to executive floor from deluxe thanks to my gold elite member status. The staff in the executive lounge was warm and welcome, and able to greet me. The room is novel and functional. The gym and pool was very nice too. One suggestion is that the room should provide complementary humidifier, so that the air is not that dry. I could sleep even better. I will stay with Crowne Plaza for my next trip as well!
