Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 要加强服务细节 第一次入住,但是没想到离主城区这么远,人气较为不足。 车到门口时,礼宾没有过来开车门,也没有主动搬行李。 房间尚可,但在入住率不高的情况下,建议主动给客人升级下房型,酒店不会少赚的。 意见最大的是餐饮,在本就不方便的位置,外出吃饭比较困难。点了两次餐,吃了一次泰餐晚餐,一次中餐自助,但感觉非常不好,食材不新鲜。 送餐在提醒了人很疲惫很饿的情形下,还是吃不饱。 January 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 酒店硬件尚可,服务需加强 酒店新开,硬件设施还算OK,员工服务意识可再加强,可能徐州 人本来就豪爽粗逛,酒店服务也尚口,但是主动服务意识需加强, 大堂和餐厅暖气一般,要穿着外套就餐,感觉很不好,地点是新城 区,附近没什么配套设施,酒店餐厅价格尚OK,但是品种略偏少。 January 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 实在太差,不建议入住 深夜十点抵达。 大堂很多人吸烟,问酒店人员:大堂可以吸烟吗?答:不能吸。便再也找不到人。登记期间,大堂始终有数人吸烟,弥漫浓浓烟味,烟雾缭绕。 入住登记,说没查到预定。出示了预定单,仍说没有,不再理我。服务态度很差,气势凶凶。深夜抵达,感觉要被扫地出门。后来找到大堂经理解决,我要求见有关领导,知我是白金卡后,态度转变。道歉,送水果、送早餐。却尽量不告知办理登记登记的人员姓名。 虽后来有关领导打电话来道歉,但已是心冷! 当日开车800多公里,很疲惫。第二天要继续赶路,只想得到好好休息,却见如此服务。很失望。 酒店设施还可以,是皇冠假日的标准。服务很差,不推荐入住。 December 31, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lost some credibility from first visit The hotel is great , the staff are great but sometimes do not do what they say they will do , they also don't recognise IHG Members very good , the rooms are great and although it is very cold this time a year to have the room temperature at 28 degrees is not good on numerous times I asked and was promised it would be lowered unfortunately it never happened so I had to turn the heating off to stay cool as it was like a sauna in my room , also the small room light would not turn off and therefore I had to sleep with a light on and causing lack of sleep , the food in the Thai restaurant is superb but the buffet was a little cold , so I spent 60% of my time in the Thai restaurant , December 23, 2013
