However, the airconditioning system does not work well, especially when you stay at the lobby, you have to think it's like stay in a chiller. The rooms are comfortable with all needed items readily available. The restaurants provide a great deal of different styles of food and are always cooked or prepared in the best proper manner. I have stayed there various times since the grand opening and have always enjoyed it and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yantai Shandong China. December 16, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and nice surrounding Over the last three years, I found there is a big improvement in your hotel, very delightful to see your staff is getting more and more well trained and very efficient., Reception staff are friendly and always prepared to help guests, with good smiles and happy gestures. May be the hotel is very empty, it is always very cold in the winter time ---- so it is important to put a good heater in each room, for more warmth and comfort. The Buffect Breakfast is good, with a good variety of food and fruits. KEEP UP WITH YOUR GOOD WORK !! November 28, 2012
