Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent services with room comfort and safety. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. The staff were overwhelmingly courteous and helpful. I felt pampered staying in this hotel, which is great. There is one small item which the hotel might be able to do, i.e., remind guests that bedroom slippers should remain in the bedrooms and not anywhere else! Another item, rules displayed for use of steam room should be enforced: 1. there was a child in the steam room when I was there. 2. proper attire, no exhibitionists. July 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 位置方便 酒店附近就是商场和超市,购物和餐饮都方便, 酒店离江边很近,滨江大道交通很方便 酒店的客服服务电话,每次接电话的工作人员都是一通机械式的英文和中文套话,实际回答问题时候的语气反而生硬。 酒店提供的迎宾水果在登记入住时候前台说已经安排了,但是到房间后接近1个小时还没有送达,电话联系了酒店客服电话后,说了餐厅正在准备这份迎宾水果,又过了1个小时也没有送来,晚上吃完晚饭回到房间,终于见到了这份“经典”的迎宾水果,(一个苹果,一个香蕉,一个梨),只有简单的三个水果,酒店竟然需要几个小时的时间去准备。 希望酒店的客户服务不要只停留在电话接听时候的说的套话上面,最好在实际的工作中能让客户真正体验到服务。 July 1, 2014
