Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel in Zhongshan New hotel. They provide shuttle bus to Lihe Plaza - shopping mall. The design is great - with nice atrium. They have nice garden from back side but all doors were closed. I recommend to arrange sitting area in garden where people can seat, read newspaper, drink coffee. Now this beautiful place blocked. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Service This is by far the worst Crown Plaza I've stayed at providing me with different floor rooms from my friend and not preparing my room in advance of check in. The room temperature control had a problem and breakfast was very bad with little selection, Cold food and lazy cook staff asking you to do everything yourself. Not quite the service expected of this calibre of hotel. December 29, 2012
