Great Stay

Worth every penny! Great night sleep and the breakfast very good. Only bad thing was that I had to ask to put my reward membership number on file and even then wasn't offered any perks until I asked.

Needs a renovation

This hotel is in need of a renovation. The staff needs to be educated about the surrounding areas offerings and restaurants. The shuttle service is fair at best.

Staff was more interested in the phone than guest during check in.
10th floor has no hot water and terrible water pressure.
Fire Alarm went off at 3 AM. Not apology and just un-informed staff on board at the time.
Hotel has the potential to be good but it is pretty low. Should be rated by AAA as a 2 Star. I have stayed here twice and the experience was the same. Typically I don't complain.

Excellent Location, Service, Quality

The hotel staff were very helpful and caring all the time. Shuttle Services to Alexandria and Ronald Reagan Airport were excellent. The hotel is a walking distance from Old Town Alexandria and you can also go to the restaurants and riverside next to the hotel. They also provide you with bicycles to ride along the bike trail around Alexandria and DC, so you don't have to rent it from outside. It is perfect to stay for 2-3 days and enjoy the beautiful town of Alexandria.
Special thanks to the caring breakfast service (Mrs. Raina) , front desk and the limo service.
