Even though the hotel is being remodeled, I had a pleasant stay here, great location, great staff. Impeccable room and perfect room temperature. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for your warm welcome and friendliness.

Try the fat & sinew tacos

Worst meal I've had in decades. I was so angry about the horrible evening meal I couldn't sleep. Checked out prior to 10pm and drove home. Now unable to obtain an accounting of the seven guest rooms and conference room on my credit card.
Customer care link on their website is a machine with very limited vocabulary and word recognition - useless.

Thank you for your feedback. We are under a major renovation at this time. I do apologize that no one relayed this information to you as we have provided it to all booking outlets. We have set up temporary restaurant and bar space while we complete our transformation. My guest services manager has emailed you the receipts for all of your rooms. If you need anything else, please feel free to contact us directly at the hotel rather than calling the customer care number. want to return after renovations

this property, a little difficult to locate, will probably be a solid 10 once construction is finished..
front desk staff was 99% wonderful.. (person who checked us in was not familiar with priority rewards, etc) but night crew was wonderful..

the construction makes it impossible to rate the property.. the restaurant is temporarily in a party room, the business center is a desk in the lobby (every person wandering thru the lobby came to me for directions/etc as it appeared that I was an employee.

Great stay for events at the adjacent Expo Center

Location is everything. It is on the Northwest side of Asheville and convenient to many stores, restaurants, and services.
It has free parking and usually close parking. Right now, some construction in front of the hotel has made some parking spots unavailable.

The hotel seems to be undergoing a nice and welcome upgrade or renovation from previous owners.

The service folks were pleasant, competent, and attentive.

Hotel room amenities were novel, distinctive, and helpful.

I look forward to our next visit.
