Suberp staff, great conference venue

I basically lived here for three days while attending a conference. Since I did not have a car, it was truly my home-away-from-home. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. The room, the food, and the service were all top-notch. I want to extend a warm thank you to the staff, who were particularly gracious. They helped me figure out the MARTA transportation system, that enabled me to visit Zoo Atlanta on my way to the airport.

Good hotel....walls in rooms are paper thin

The hotel in general is good. I really liked the staff and their willingness to help customers. I was not a fan of the adjoining rooms. You can hear EVERYTHING that is happening next door.

The room I stayed in was not cleaned well. Had stains and holes on the bedspreads. AC vent was very dirty. Shower curtain wasn't cleaned. Service was ok. Food was very good from the restaurant.

I apologize for the experience in your room. I will make sure to get with our housekeeping staff to make sure we are presenting a clean room experience. I will also make sure to let our Chef know that he and his staff are delivering a great product. i hope the next time your travels bring you through Atlanta, you will give us another opportunity to present you with a better room experience.
