Disappointed for a Crowne Plaza Property

Just did not meet expectations. Staff were not warm. The room looked old and slightly dingy. ONly redeeming factor was a warm hostess for breakfast and a decent shower.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days during a business trip. I was very pleased by the accommodations and service provided. I especially appreciated the friendliness and hellpfulness of Patrick and Cheri. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Mid Town Stay

This hotel was recently purchased by Crowne Plaza and
is being updated. We requested a higher floor mainly
to avoid traffic noise. Location was excellent for restaurants and sporting events in the area. Cannot say
enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was at
this hotel ! Excellent !

Not ready to represent IHG brands

This location recently purchased by IHG is not worth the stay. The convenient location and entrance atmosphere is nice, but outweighed by mediocre cleaning service, poor maintenance, poor upkeep, and horrendous internet. My bathtub didn't drain (a coworker also had the same complaint), towels weren't replaced, there were signs the room wasn't cleaned properly, the balcony door didn't seal properly, nor did it open, so road noise from 22 floors down could be heard loudly. The Internet was so slow it didn't practically function. The staff was excellent when addressing a heater issue and the bathtub drain, but the other issues remain.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of cleanliness and amenities you experienced while staying with us. It saddens me that your experience at our hotel property was not up to the Brand standards we work so hard to represent. I have shared your concerns with our housekeeping department, to ensure that there is a plan implemented so that these issues will not arise again. We are also in the beginning stages of a major renovation, and we plan to address the other issues during this renovation. I can understand your hesitation for wanting to return to our property.
