University of Illinois Graduation Stay

Family came from different areas of the country to attend my daughter's graduation. The hotel was conveniently located. The staff friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did thorough work! A very comfortable stay all around!

The worst stay I have ever had

First impression as I entered my room smelly like mold. The bathroom was not clean. The chair desk has stains on it and more importantly the floor was not clean. For the price, I would have stayed at a better hotel. I have never experienced this with Crown Plaza hotels. The front desk service is very unprofessional and I will make sure that I will never stay in that hotel again.

I didn't know this hotel allows Pets. At 3:00 am morning, some dog start barking and won't stop. couldn't sleep after that.
Carpet was poorly layout. There was nail sticking out by end of bathroom where carpet start.
There was some loud noise of air flowing ...

the only good thing about was bed very comfortable. I won't stay there in future and will advice Microsoft about animals before they registered anyone.
