Comfortable hotel w/ a great location.

I stayed at this hotel with my dog while in town for classes at the Chicago Center for Veterinary Medicine. The in and out private parking lot on site was very convenient, as was the distance to my school. There were also plenty of areas nearby for my dog to relieve himself (a hardship at most other Chicago hotels.) My room on the 10th FL had a gorgeous view of the city with a private balcony. The bed was SO comfortable and the linens were fresh and inviting.

Booking of taxi

We were four rooms checking out on 16th Nov and had requested for a Van / SUV taxi to take us to the airport at 10 am. I had requested the concierge the night before and they said to please call up next morning to book it. on 16th morning when i called, there was no response at the concierge. Further I called up the front desk to request for the same. However when we reached at 10 am, there was no message with the concierge. As we would have got late, we had take two individual taxis to take us to the airport.

staff was great, rooms, hallways and lobby needs to be updated and they should change the scent of their sundries.
