The room at the 9th floor was large and the view great. Also it was nice to have the room next to the lounge.

Upon arrival: no beers in the minibar. housekeeping forgot to check is my guess.
Returning to the hotel after a day of work: minibar not restocked. Upon transfer to a non-smoking floor and room, It turns out the previous hotel guest has exchanged the contents of the beer bottles with water. Housekeeping didn't check. Again.

While I love this hotel, the staff, the restaurant with fantastic food, and the comfort, I'm afraid it's let me down again.
I booked one of the club rooms on the 9th floor. I'm always on business when I visit and I have to be connected - day and night.
Since the WiFi provider has changed in this hotel the whole experience is shockingly bad. My room only received a stable signal when standing right next to the door, or in the bathroom.
The problem is made worse by whenever a device loses the WiFi signal, even for a few seconds, you have to reconnect, then re-launch a browser, then agree to the terms to get the connection back. I lost count of how many times I had to do this on each of my devices!!! Exceptionally time consuming and frustrating.
Being a business customer, it's essential the WiFi works. I have two laptops, an iPad and a couple of phones that I need to be connected. The rooms are advertised with WiFi but this is not the case in reality. It was not possible to use a computer at the desk or any of the other wireless devices from the room itself, unless you wanted to work from the toilet.
After years of using this hotel, the issues effect our productivity running our business. Unfortunately we will probably look for an alternative hotel for our next trip - which is a shame, as it's completely down to a 3rd party provider for the wireless.
Very disappointing and not the first time I've highlighted this to management.
