Front desk was great and prepareness of rooms not good

but Bed to soft for my person liking. my wife said room was too hot. food in hotel was good. lobby , entry-room very nice. price higher that what I would have liked, and no continental breakfast.

Delivery

Over all our stay is always great at this location and we have stayed here several times. However I woke up this morning to our door being opened by the person delivering the paper. Yes they opened the door and put the paper inside on the floor. Very unacceptable !!!

POOR PLANNING FOR MEDICAL PATIENTS

I understand what the Rodeo does for your hotel and Houston. However, when someone books a room on a medical stay with Methodist Hospital, it is VERY poor planning to put them in a room that is above a bar that blares music until 1 or 1:30AM. For example, my room number 1201. This did not help my situation at all. This is the second time I have been put in this room. The first time I never made it to the night because there was a water leak in the ceiling and I was moved. Now I know, but you should have realized that this was happening. I wouldn't want to stay in that room for any reason, medical or not. When I went to the desk to complain all I was told was I'm sorry. Received no help what so ever. Could I not have changed rooms or received a free night. I also didn't know I would need to ask in advance for a microwave and refrigerator to be in the room. This should have been asked of me when the reservation was made.

Not a happy guest!!!
