Nice river view, but horrible internet connectivity

Disappointing property for what is generally a very strong brand. Internet connectivity was primary degrader - despite free internet service, could not gain consistent access to the internet. Informed front desk staff on my first night there about horrid performance, and they conveniently said the poor service started that day. Over the next two nights and two days, zero improvement to connectivity was made, so I conclude they have systemic internet support deficiencies. Don't recommend this site if you need to work online.

Stay was SoSo

Sorry about the delay....believe it or not...I just saw this email.
Although the evening was memorable itself, the stay was not near what was expected. On the floor we stayed on, there was a very foul smell that seeped into the room. It could not be identified or located. I asked to be moved to another room, but the place was booked because of the holiday and Gator Bowl game. The setup and accommodations fell well short of the costs for the stay. The location and the staff were great, but in the future, I think I will stay home or stay somewhere else for special occasions. JF O'NEILL

Great room bad customer service

When I called in to reserve my room I asked for a River Front one bed room and I was told that, that was the room that I would be receiving. When i arrived 20 minutes later the receptionist informed me very rudely that the room that I reserved was no longer available. So I explained to her that it was my birthday night and that I really wanted the room that I had already reserved and paid for. She looked at me and said so do you want the two bed non river front room or not? It was late and I really did not want to drive around a find another hotel so I ended up spending my birthday night in a double bed room that I did not want. The room was very nice but the customer service was horrible.
