The hotel itself is great without any issues. My problem with the hotel is that the online ad where I booked (the IHG site) specifically said complementary parking. So when I got to the hotel with my family at 10pm I expected to be able to park my car for the duration of our 3 day trip. I was told by the front desk staff that this was not allowed. Their solution was to go to a hotel next door and park with them. Of course I was basically forced to do this for a fee. I do not mind paying the fee to Crowne Plaza if that was even an option but to have us go to another hotel to park seemed odd. Next time I travel from JFK I will just stay at the hotel next door.

AC did not work but the staff could not fix it after the first try. Technician claimed that the AC would start to work in the next 5-10 minutes but it never worked.
Poor response and plus there was no apologies from the front desk. It was as if it was a norm. In the morning, they promised that 2000 IHG points would be put in to my account but nothing has shown up yet.
