Messed up reservation

I reserved an Executive King. When we got to the room it was 2 double beds. I asked why we weren't in a king, and was told according to the reservation I would take anything available. Which I never stated, it was changed without my knowledge. There was a King available I know for a fact because a gentleman in front of me turned down a king for 2 queen.
I had also purchased breakfast and was given coupons at sign in. Sadly it was uneatable, the eggs were dry, the orange juice watered down, bacon was over done and in one mass clump, and the sausage gravy had no flavor. Sadly the only things half way decent were the coffee (lots of cream and sugar) and the milk. Cost was $13 a plate for what other hotels give for free and usually better. Will never stay again or recommend.

Superb front desk and concierge staff

Front desk staff could not have been more helpful and the concierge staff were just as great. Room was very clean/comfortable and wifi worked very well.Loved the aromatherapy toiletries!

The only thing that could have improved the stay is that the dining room and bar staff were less attentive than they could have been, Had to flag down staff to get a refill on ice tea.

While we never want to hear that someone's stay is less than perfect, we always appreciate the opportunity to hear from our guests on what we can do to improve our services. SERCO Conference

I found the Crowne Plaza hotel at Louisville Airport to be a fine facility - the shuttle from the airport and return was excellent, the hotel facilities were better than anticipated and I will be using this facility again, if another conference is held in the Louisville area.
