never expeirienced a stay like this

It started upon arrival the room that was booked on the 9th floor overlooking the Yarra was not available upon arrival. Then given a room on a lower floor the 6th floor overlooking the Yarra and discovered after stepping on a thorn in the room which was very painful that the rest of the floor had not been vacuumed. Called the front desk and they organised an upgrade of room but this time not facing the water front ,that was a let down ! 1 had a phone call from the front desk apologising that it was not water front view and would organise in the morning to have us shifted to a suite on the top floor. The rest of the stay which was only one more night was pleasant . I have never experienced this before !!

Comfortable bed and great staff.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Will stay there again. The staff were very polite and helpfull. Security may be an issue with access to the elevator without hotel room pass.

Avergage hotel in renovation with poor room

Average hotel, but very poor for the price and the category. No business lounge, no free drinks, no welcome gifts for gold or platine member.
