too hot/noisy or too cold

The heating issue made for very poor sleep. The unit was inefficient, either too hot or too cold and spewed dust everywhere.

Needs heating upgrade

The staff was very friendly, especially in the restaurant although the food was a little slow to come out at times. The heater in the room was very loud and constantly turn off and on every minute or two, literally. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Some of the towels should have been replaced because of fraying or thinning.

Attentive security guard for VIPs. Loved window in room opened. Greek Salad in restaurant was sufficient. Sixth floor was offered as a platinum member. Yogi runs an excellent hotel!

Updated hotel with some imperfections

Overall hotel was updated with thoughtful touches such as many outlets in the rooms. We had issues with the heating in two rooms. I would expect these to be satisfactory in the future. Lobby was very nice finishes (nicer than expected). Rooms had nice finishes but the craftsmanship in the rooms was not that great. BUT considering the location and the limited options, it's a good room. Pillows are thick and high-end. I found them too thick but was able to get thinner ones.
