Worst experience ever (Thanks to the staff at check out)

Stayed there for a complete week, everything was alright until the check out came upon. I dont know what they did and why they did it that way, but i gave explicit instructions to the staff on the night before i left on how to make the check out and they didnt do it, is this how you treat a platinum member requests??? Like i mention, it has never happened before, so next day i almost lose my flight because they didnt follow my instructions and i had to wait in line for other customers to be checked out of their romos, then finally a guy tried to help me, and i think it was worst, so they end up charging me twice on 2 different credit cards and different amounts on each one of them; i didnt found out this until now, 2 weeks after, when the bank is charging me for those 2 charges. When i left the hotel the staff said that they will send me over my email a receipt and they didnt, until i called them and reminded them about, and it was until next monday (I left on a friday), they sent it over and the dates were wrong, i reply to the guy and i didnt get any answer. Yesterday i called the hotel to inform them about that doublé charge and they said they will take care of it, so hopefully they do.

Baños sin regadera

La peor estancia de mi vida, me hospedaron en una habitación que no tenía regadera y en la mañana tardaron muchísimo tiempo para ir a solamente verificarlo y luego asignarme otra habitación.
Perdí mi cita de la mañana y su única explicación es que había sido un error de ellos y me pedían disculpas.
Estaba en una conferencia dado la cita que perdi y vinieron a abrirme la puerta de la habitación, no existe privacidad en este lugar

Efficiency and Convience

Stayed here for two nights on business and found it to be efficient and conveniently located from the airport. I like the friendliness of the staff, but was disappointed in the steak dinner at the restaurant. The overall room satisfaction is good as it is modern and tastefully decorated. The rooms have solid walls and so very quiet from other guest room noises.
