Dated Hotel With Focus on Weddings and not Guests

I have stayed at this hotel before and was disappointed with the quality of the room. I was given an executive floor upgrade. The first thing I noticed was that the bathroom was half the size of a regular room bathroom. A crack above the small tub was evident along with baseboard heater cover gone. The bed was uncomfortable and the box spring , which was a wood box got in the way of my shin ( scars to prove it). Missing from the 'executive' room was a full set of towels and shampoo. ( First day ok, then had to call downstairs)

The hotel is used for weddings and as such the parking areas are filled to capacity. Elevators are hard at some times. Smokers are hanging around the front entrance.

The parking areas are worn and you need to be careful when walking at night time. There is inadequate light in the back where you need to walk a few hundred feet when parking your car due to the wedding activity.

This use to be a good hotel. No wonder that this hotel was less money than the Holiday Inn beside it.
