I booked the room online using the the primary website, as opposed to through some discount web site. The deal I used was supposed to be prepaid for the first night on my credit card. When I arrived I was asked by the manager for a credit card for incidentals. I was not aware that he proceeded to charge the full amount of my stay plus an incidental hold on my card. I became aware when I went to use my card at another establishment and was told it had been declined. Since I wasn't expecting the full amount to be charged to my card, this caused some embarrassment for me as well as overdraft charges to my account. After realizing what had occurred I contacted the front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do, until the general manager came on duty on Monday. It was highly inconvenient to have to deal with the overdraft to my account as well as being without funds that I expected to have in my account because a manager was careless. This manager has reportedly caused frequent problems at this location. The matter was finally straightened out when the general manager came on duty Monday, though not to my complete satisfaction.
Also, though the room and bed were nice, they didn't have a microwave or a mini fridge and for such a high end room I would have expected it.

The staff was extremely professional. The hotel had a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. My room was very clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door. It was a great hotel experience from beginning to end!!

The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was nice, but very dark even with all the lights turned on. Not much with in walking, but some good restaurants nearby if you can drive.
