Should give more priorities and advantages to IGH members. Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Bottled water should be complimentary and topped up every day.

Dear Guest, I very much appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience of our Crowne Plaza Rome-St. Peer’s. As Ihg Rewards Club member you are of extreme importance to us. I am of course very disheartened that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. To begin with I’ like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced whilst our guest. I have discussed the points you raised with our Front Office Manager and Housekeeping and as a result I’m confident they will be more vigilant to be sure that similar inconvenience will not be repeated in the future and I am confident they will take the necessary steps to continue to improve their services. I have noted your comments about bathroom. We will of course take this on board when we will have the opportunity soon to refurbish. We have already prepared some new bathroom samples and they look fabulous. Our aim is that every guest who visits us enjoys their stay as fully and as richly as possible. I regret your stay with us was perhaps not what it should have been. I trust that should you ever return to Rome, you will consider giving me an opportunity to counter your criticisms by visiting us again. unexpectedly nice hotel

Found this Crown Plaza property to be well located with easy access to the sights in Rome. Rooms were well equipped, with the one issue the hair drier is permanently attached to the closet making it difficult to use. Bedding and furniture was in great condition.

First stay in Rome

The property is beautiful here, and I'm so sorry we didn't have the time to relax and enjoy it more. The staff isn't what I would call overly friendly, they'll give you the information you need in what seemed to me a reluctant way.

I was lucky enough to find one very very helpful employee when my cell phone was lost; she was very patient and made many calls for me to try to locate it to no avail.

Not being a fan of IHG's policy of point users getting the lesser rooms, our room did have a balcony, just not a view. The beds were very comfortable and the service was impeccable in the room each day.
