Not a Crowne Plaza

This should not be a Crowne Plaza! I have stayed a Holiday Inn Expresses that were 10 times nicer. I wish I had something nice to say, other than the location, but this place is an embarressment to the chain.

My apologies that you were not satisfied with your stay. This is an old building and we do have some challenges but our hope is that the character and history of the building will override these minor issues while we prepare for an extensive renovation. Perhaps you can return for a visit sometime in the future to see our finished property. Warmest Regards.

Old and not kept well

The first thing I noticed when I entered my room was a weird old furniture smell.
Later when I flushed the toilet, water spilled out onto the floor.

I asked about laundry services the day I checked in, which was Friday night. When I went to do my laundry Sunday morning, I found that both the washer and dryer were 'Out of Order'.

Some good things:
The bed was comfortable and the water heats up really fast.
